      My mother doesn't give a single care about my powerlifting and I really wish she did. I would take that over a million dollars I want it so bad. So seeing you be the way you are with your son almost brought tears to my eyes. I'm jealous....

      @@flingflangflong7665 mines only 200kg and im proud of that , considering i was a 130lb heroin addict for 10+yrs and im 180lbs now, thats what i love about lifting weights ur really only competing with urself (besides competition) and i keep my blinders on i never really try to compare myself to anybody other than the old me and im always outlifting that guy 😆

    Yea some people say powerlifting is easy you just gotta eat and lift. Bro you don't know what it feels like when you can't do shit good. When you can't lift that weight sometimes. It's a pure mind game

    First and foremost... give Dillon a raise. Amazing stuff from him as always. That dude is talented beyond limits.
    The part 8 minutes in where you talk about the split second during squats where you question why you do this and how you choose to win that conversation within yourself - you need to find a way to bottle and sell that prospective to the masses.
    So good man. Keep it up. And thanks for all you give to your channel.

    That part where he was talking about that second you have a discussion with yourself when you hit that sticking point on a heavy squat had me in tears ... I don't think anything can compare to the feeling of victory when you manage to stand up and finish that squat even when your life was flashing before your eyes. I love powerlifting

    I recently fell into the addiction know as strongman. Hours and hours of work put into training and eating. Sacrificing my social, financial opportunities. For what? Well my 400kg is simply knowing i can say ive put 100% effort into something. And most people cant say that.

    Woooooooow this needs an Oscar award. So amazing and so inspirational. So amazing that your parents and wife are so supportive that is so special in it's very own way. I really wish for you to hit 400 soon at nationals that would be so awesome ❤❤❤. Dillon needs a trophy for this filming a medal ain't ever gonna be enough. You had my full attention from the very first second. I got insane goosebumps. Watching this has 100% strenghtened my commitment and I can watch this before hitting a PR and smoke the attempt.     Who would’ve ever thought a documentary titled “The Powerlifter” would’ve given me the feels the way it did. You seem like an absolutely genuine dude and your kindness is exuberant and infectious. You guys did a phenomenal job with this one, excellent directorial prowess by Dillon, and most of all the impeccable timing on the release. I’m making some major changes for the second time in my life, but for the first time as a powerlifter, and this instilled in me a fire I couldn’t even fathom. Thank you. 5 screaming Bryce heads out of 5.

    It's honestly moving to know one of the greatest of the world faces the same struggles I face on the day to day. Learning that perspective has changed things for me, and I walk away with a bunch of lessons learned from this. Thank you Bryce, Dillon and everyone involved. For teaching me there's nothing wrong with me and how it's perfectly normal to feel pretty much everything you described. It's so easy to forget we're all just humans.
    I promise you here, I won't stop until I'm at the world level.
