Not totally. While her mother was German, Ms. Bergman was born and raised in Stockholm.

I believe it's an honorary Cesar Award for all her past work.
The jumpsuit here is a surprising choice. It seems kind of masculine on her. But because its Diana Ross, she manages to make it look feminine enough
