    Practising both anulom vilom and Kapaal bhanti may thus neutralize the effect (by depriving lungs/ producing nitric oxide at its own) .., I think.

      पहले दो-तीन महीने तक अनुलोम विलोम ही करिए । धीरे-धीरे सांस की लंबाई बढ़ाते जाएं ।
      उसके बाद निश्शेष रेचक करना शुरू करें ।
      एक पल्स ऑक्सीमीटर से यह देखना अच्छा रहेगा कि आप अपनी ऑक्सीजन (SpO2) कम कर पाते हैं कि नहीं ।
