I am on year 8 of owning my home. I am a single mom LIVING IN SOUTH FLORIDA. God has been better than good to me. When I was house searching, I made it abundantly clear that I needed to live in my house for at least 10 years before things started going bad. So far, so good. I owe it all to God. I'm now in the process of replacing my roof.
Also, I have a tongue brush that I clean my tongue with. It has these little bristles on it. Every time I brush my tongue, I brush my lips. They are so smooth.

Never buy a house that has HOA Fees!!!!
Agreed. They want you to pay a life long rent although you paying a loan and when you finish pay the loan too. They created that HOA mess to have royalties on people head and then you have to follow a tonne of stupid rules. That is slavery in another form. Also, they sometimes increase the fee with no notice. Be careful and stay far away from houses with HOA fees.
What I do with my dust crust lips to keep them moisturized. Before bed do the following:
- use a lip scrub
-add either a water based lip balm (first aid beauty has an amazing one) or a very emollient lip gloss (yummy gloss from Covergirl is amazing).
- add Vaseline over that.
In the morning I use the lip gloss and Vaseline and go on my way. I usually don't have to reapply (even after eating). That's the only product regimen that keeps them not chapped.
I apply vaseline right before bed too and it works wonders👌🏽👌🏽

I’ve definitely had bouts of dry skin on my lips - my lips are very sensitive. I’ve found that sometimes when I’m using new skincare products and it gets on my lips while I’m washing my face - it’s dries my lips out bad! Now I’m much more careful when doing my skincare to avoid my lips or you can put on a layer of Vaseline or aquaphor on your lips as a barrier to keep the active skincare ingredients away from your lips.

For lip products, I just started using laneige!!! It works so good and smells yummy! My lips get really chapped, as well, so laneige is perfect. I also like to use Vaseline and Tarte juicy lips!!!

Sis do the Lat pull-down machine for tightening the skin in the back. The cable machine will do the job too, up the resistance for faster results. Make sure to up your protein intake for fast recovery and muscle building, eggs are great. Cut the red meat, I knife it’s hard; but please do your best. So that you can be dress ready for the wedding, increase the frequency of back days. That along with the no carb meal planning should have you in a better place. Also not eating after 6-8PM, and fasting until noon or something will work. I hope you are still wearing that beautiful multicolored long dress with the slits. Get it gurl!

Honestly Vaseline is one of the best things for lip care. I use that and jojoba oil or raspberry seed oil in combination with it sometimes. I also do majority of my skincare on my lips as well

Girllllll, the first few months after I bought my house I was looking for apartments, whose cutting this yard?? And yes being the landlord to your own is too costly, so agreed. The hair ate! Jess take your toothbrush with paste and brush your lips. It’ll smooth those creases right on out.
Put some RainX on your windshield. I keep my shield coated always just in case my wipers don’t work. Mine are a lil janky too! RainX saves me every time!!

Hi Jess loved this vlog, it was soo entertaining. The puff was cute and I love the roller curls and the curly wig. ❤🥰 I use Vaseline lip therapy, in rosy lips or cocoa butter and Nivea lip balm. Also any lip scrub would help to exfoliate dryness on the lips, I got one from Sally’s Beauty supply. Loved the family time! 💕

Try Sephora’s lip scrub (or coffee grind/brown sugar mix) then their lip mask & finish with laniege lip sleeping mask. Exfoliate 2x a week but the sleeping mask can be daily if need be

Sujesstions: Tretinoin gel dries up pimples quite fast, exfoliating the lips with an exfoliating glove then moisturizing with castor oil or cocoa butter should help with the texture of the lips.
