though I had some problem with sea water It also ruclips.net/user/postUgkxa-FNYUOM93a388gi9a4brtSCEVmrHgJH land for finding any things very easily. (thought it would work as normal due to it being water proof within certain parts of the detector), on dry land and sand worked well. My first one, so still have lots to learn
Hi Chris. You look completely different to what you looked like the first time I watched one of your videos; You seem SO much stronger, very much more relaxed, optimistic, & happier. History conceals as much as it reveals. The truth is - there is gold everywhere, it's all around us in every country...
Wow fantastic, I really enjoyed that , lying here on the sofa suffering with the Covid , made me feel better , keep up the great work , Fern rules , peace ✌️ 😎🌴
Chris your enthusiasm and optimism is awesome, brother. You even made Mick's day sharing your GPX and targets. I pray for you to find a monster nugget the size of a potato. God Bless you and keep you safe.
That was fun Chris . It was like an Easter egg hunt , but the Golden Goose left hints everywhere for you to find . See fairy tales can come true 🤣 . The looks on your faces were priceless , when it was clearly one after another after another speci poppin up . I'm excited for what you guys find coming up . See you soon my friend . Cheers
Chris, I gotta say I enjoy all your videos but this one was one of your best! Seeing you two friends having a great time and scoring great target rock...all of it was great. I love metal detecting, even just watching videos of others metal detecting is so relaxing. I guess I'll have to finally let it slide about you wasting that vinegar awhile back 😂 Hey, I'm 70...that's just the way we think 😂 Anyway, great video. Thanks... Be safe and well.
I think this was a great video that should inform people about the true weight of flower gold compared to those nuggets you found. A side by side comparison of the work and time needed for each would be REALLY cool. (rainy day vid idea) Thanks for all the vids mate. See you in the next one.
There is a guy in Washington state USA that finds quartz gold and puts it in an acid bath until the quartz is gone and what is left is spider web gold witch sells for much more than the gold spot price.
14:23 her best advice is to stretch, and that's a great idea, especially ahead of time when you're going to be cramped at odd angles digging and running the scoop across a metal detector.
As chunky as those are I’m guessing 1.73 g back to the vid and with that I think I’m done guessing Because my guesser is obviously broken isn’t it amazing how much fun prospecting is with the right equipment. Thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏻👊🏻
Out of all the gold channels on RUclips I watch, yours is absolutely the best. I especially appreciate the detail you put in on not only the search but also the processing. On other channels they will show finding the specimens and one is lucky if they process it and show the gold. You not only do that but also include the local values of what you find at the end of each video. I would only suggest that you expand your reach and upload your videos on other platforms like Rumble, there are apps that will upload your youtube vids to those other platforms at the same time you do it to RUclips. Think about it cause youtube is losing viewers to other platforms like Rumble because of the deceptive business practices and censorship.
That hill was way steeper than the video showed. I would be interested to know what the gully's created by rain do for collecting extra gold. Would also be worth looking on the uphill side of the base of large Gum tree's or dead tree's. The roots may well act as a trap.
Nice, Chris, I like see your's happy, From the other side of the worl, Oporto, Portugal...... I hope one day i go into Australia, it's my dream.... see you
Hey Chris. Congrats on finding a great spot to detect, always fun. I would definitely recommend looking at each piece of ore under magnification, because you never know how much microscopic gold it can contain. I found an 18 gram piece with my metal detector that had 10 grams of gold in it. according to the specific gravity test. All of the gold was microscopic. There were millions of specs in it, enough to turn the rock gold when I looked at it in the right angle. Rinsing out the sediment to make for easier panning would have lost a lot of my gold, it was suspended in the water. I literally let the pan sit for 15 minutes, then rocked the pan back and forth and a new line of gold would appear that I snuffered up. I repeated this process 10 times before I stopped getting gold. So far I have recovered 6 grams of the gold, I think the only way to get the rest will be smelting.
@@GOLD_FEVER It's the only one I have found so far. Imagine finding the vein it came from. Two 5-gallon buckets of ore and I could retire, well, maybe three buckets at today's prices.
@@brettb3919 I woudn't stop looking in that area if i found one chunk like that! I'd go camping! Well let me know if you ever find it and need a digging partner!
Oh man congrats to you and Mick! Must've been so fun to pull speci after speci out've that hillside. There's gotta be alot more gold hidin up there too!
This was very enjoyable to watch and congrats on the both of you the amount of species you both got was astonishing . I cracked up with your remark on the specie you said Mount Vesuvius poking out the top your a funny guy a real character indeed, Thanks for posting & have a great day 😁
I wouldn't know, but my estimate is - depending on how many years he's been prospecting and detecting - it should be around an ounce a year. maybe 2 So basically multiply years of prospecting times an ounce or two
Chris has to be careful with what he says and comments. There's people out there willing to rob him. I know he's commented on previous videos that he's been stalked for spots so imagine telling everyone the possibility of how much gold he has...... Gold does funny things to people.

Mick needs his own merch "First Scoop". Well done boys. So happy for you.
Oh my!! What a winner of a day!! So happy for you!
Hey, how about their tailings? Probably a lot of gold was missed by old processing methods.
13:09 that happy head shake slayed me. Crazy day, love to see it, nice going boys.
Boy I wish I could still do that kind of stuff those were some of the best days good job Chris
That specimen!! So happy for you. And only the first mine too!!

Nice work fellas, speci hunting is one of my favourite things to do, great stuff 🇦🇺⛏️🤠
nice gold thank you for sharing the adventure and that's a good day 😀
Wow! I think you are on to something. That is some wonderful gold. Question: How would a Gold Monster do in that area?
Great video... Thank You.
That's awesome mate, worth the very unpleasant hike in lol.. the 6000 is a weapon💪. Cheers Lee.

SPIT ON THE ROCK! What a sweet sweet haul! 🍻🎉
absolutely awesome brother
One of the best videos you've produced young man. Happy hunting
Seems like an amazing spot for a dry washer.... 👀
Well done guys.... Looks like you are now hooked on detecting and hard rock mining 🤣👍🤓✌️
Very nice. Surely all that dirt is carrying gold too. If that quartz is decomposing and dropping specimens, there would be a lot of fine gold

That's a crazy story! I've never found any pieces of ore with any visible gold... It sounds like a PITA to extract it from the rock though!
