As for recommednations, it depends on what type of fragrance you like. If youre just starting out I wouldnt recommend ultra male, start with a more versatile one like dylan blue or any other blue fragrance
I think i might be in the minority but i really dislike Memoirs, nor do other members of my family. It smells of something old that is burning in a forrest. Maybe i got a bad sample, who knows. The scent doesn't really develop and it i got many negative comments about it.

I just bought a new bottle of Lair du desert marocain after draining my 2006 bottle when they made it in the 100ml sizes and the fragrance is vastly different in terms of smell and overall longevity it's really a shame 😕 because I really love the smell
Nishane Sultan Vetiver is one of the worst blind buys based on your reviews ever. Sold it the next day. Long story short it smells like my local church and funeral home in eastern Europe. No thanks :D
Aventus 2019 is pure water. Literally,. After 10 minutes, it becomes nothing more than a skin scent. Zero performance anyhow. It has been a total disappointment. So, if you fancy Aventus, go for any batch until 2018 or maybe a clone.
I have a couple 19’s and they’re both very balanced and long lasting. I can’t imagine a true 19 Aventus lasting 10 minutes Lol sounds like you got a fake
I'm anosmic to my 2011 Aventus bought directly from a Creed boutique; after 15 min I smell nothing, but women rave up to 10 hrs later with just two sprays
