Biden's Misguided Middle-East Foreign Policy

  • President Joe Biden’s policy of sending arms to Israel during its War Against Hamas, deploying American war ships to the Eastern Mediterranean and the Red Sea, and embracing Israeli’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s so-called Abraham Accords is misguided. The Abraham Accords were negotiated during the Trump administration and were Netanyahu's master plan to take advantage of the Sunni-Shi'ite Schism against Iran.
The United States supports a two-state solution to the problem of Israel, and Netanyahu has never and never will support the two-state solution. Netanyahu and his right-wing cabinet support the military occupation and the settlement movement in the West Bank and will probably establish a military occupation of Gaza. U.S. military presence in the Red Sea risks escalating into a war against the Shi’ite Houthis in Yemen and their Iranian supporters, alienating the entire Muslim World, and inciting terrorist attacks and anti-Semitism both in the United States and Europe.
The United States needs to force Israel to withdraw its troops from Gaza and its troops and settlers from the West Bank to be replaced by a NATO force. We need to pressure Israel to accept a temporary two-state solution, until such time as it is possible to establish a single, secular state that is a homeland both to Jews and Palestinians with guarantees of minority rights.

Thats for articulating my thought and feelings at this time.
The Knesset voted to end the possibility of a two state solution.
However that opposes the U N recongition of Israel, two states was the deal struck by the west.
To bad Americans are fairly clueless about anything that isnt in the TMZ universe as so supports Israel.
I demonstrated against Netanyahu this week. It was 1970s anti war all over again. Fun times.
