bro ur cpu is the real bottom neck. upgrade u cpu to i5 4 gen or i3 6gen to not get bottom necked..
u can clearly see that cpu is at 100% usage and holding back ur gpu, the game will run 10x times better if u change the cpu to a powerfull one. gt1030 that u are using is still good for low end gaming but the cpu in whats holding it back.
