Pre-downloaded streamed assets makes it so every single skin and accessories is already pre-installed. If you don't have this selected your game will download skins and accessories whilst you play giving you lag.
The main way to improve optimization is to reduce load, and the biggest way to do that is by lowering graphics. This applies to any game. For example, in Apex Legends, I get 40 fps at 1920x1080, but with 800x600, I get 115 to 230 fps in-game. It's crazy. Remember this, guys. By the way, if you like this, I can come back to the comments and help you all. Another thing, turning the resolution to like720p or below gives a massive fps boost compared to 1080p or 1440p, Main Point: Reduce graphics
there's another optimisation that you missed, but I wouldn't personally recommend: in Windows, there's a bug that lowers performance on Zen4 and Zen5 AMD cpus (Ryzen 7000 and 9000) in normal accounts. But by enabling a hidden administrator account (not the same as the default local admin account), you gain about 5-10% cpu performance. Warning: this account has elevated system privileges, so only enable it if you know what you are doing.

Your optimizations are so good, I have a RTX 3050 laptop and it helped my fps even last season i got to 500fps in creative and 180 stable in creative and my ping went from 30 to 10-15 and this season i would drop down to 30fps but now i get 160 stable which is good because i have a 144hz monitor so thank you

For stutters, you should also look into the mouse you are using. Mice with an extremely high polling rate, such as the Razer Viper 8khz (which as the name would suggest, has an 8000hz polling rate), can cause stuttering. Just set your polling rate to 1000hz and you'll help your stuttering with practically no disadvantages.
@@striked20I’m not on a mouse but I’m on controller I used to have the same prob changing my rate to 8k after i upgraded my pc that doesn’t happen anymore I get a stable 360 fps with a 8k polling rate on my controller
from my testing, some amd cards perform better on dx12 (usually the older cards suprisingly) and others perform better on performance mode, i'd recommend trying both either way

HAGS can be different for everyone If you’ve got a gpu that’s less powerful compared to ur cpu then turn off Hags. Haha basically pushes some workload from cpu to the gpu So if ur gpu is weak Then it’s pointless. But if it’s the other way around (Power gpu) then turn on hags
Hey lecctron, you are like the only optimising channel that works but for some reason each time I apply optimisations on my 3050 laptop it seems better at first but then my fps gets progressively worse within 3-4 games. Do you know why?

When i watched another optimization guide video it said that if u have nvidia reflex low latency on on + boost you should uncap your fps for some other reason.
My shits been crashing and I think it has to do with the registry editor. Any tips. And or can you go through an in depth registry editor optimization, or is that one video where we copy and paste your tweaks all we need?
i can't be the only one that got suspisious of vtrl after i used it my system got slower and my cpu is being used up. just looking at my wallpaper and i open taskmanager i get anywhere between 30-45% cpu usage and nothing is running in the background. after the 30 to 45% cpu usage it disappers and goes back to a normal less than 5% cpu usage. if anyone knows a fix please do tell cuz i'm going to format and reinstall windows in a bit because of this weird cpu usage thing.
9:00 if ur as dumb as me and press clean and shutdown and turn off your gpu, the fix is as simple as downloading graphics drivers the same way you would update them through nvidia or similar app
