Looks nice. I was there in January and the old town is like a ghost town. Generallly ver little tourist there and in talin at the time. I did say it must be nice to visit in spring or summer like here. Winter season has it s charms too of course

Riga is nice, but not the Latvians, which I found sad 🤷♀️ The Art Nouveau District and the Art Museum were outstanding!

It depends, you need to get out of Riga if you want to meet real Latvians, don't forget Riga is 40% Russian.
