Alabama survived the first half basically and has a hell of a comeback in the second half that nobody talks about. Just one bad decision and they could have won the game. I'm not a Bama fan but I have tremendous respect for Coach Saban and the team's he puts on the field. Johnny Manziel was a great athlete, tremendous competitior and he was a great dual threat QB. The tempo they ran their offense at was very difficult to handle. That's just about the best 1st half I ever saw an offense play against a Alabama defense. Just a great game. Thank you for posting so many great games.

      As a fan and former student for a number of years now, the one thing I keep seeing is that A&M has trouble getting both sides of the ball working. When the defense is good, the offense starts to suck. When the offense gets fixed, the defense starts to suck. They've got a great defensive coordinator now who has really turned them around. Hopefully, this new offensive coordinator and the new QB can get the offense rolling. They have the talent, they just need to get it all working together.

    Johnny Manziel was a fantastic college football player. Regardless of the fact he didn't make it in the NFL, he'll always have his time in college (and this game). Eric Dickerson, when interviewed for the documentary "Pony Exce$$" about SMU in the 80's, said that his favorite memories from the three levels of football (HS, college, pro) were the ones from college -- and we're talking about a guy who was an NFL Hall Of Fame running back and on the NFL 100th Anniversary All-Time team.
    There's just something special about college football.

    Bama can thank Johnny Manziel for making the bell ring in his head about faster better QBs in the SEC.Saban knew his leader had to be more mobile for them to keep winning. Manziel took them to school, like Tebo did at Florida and LSU did and Georgia with a walk on...your QB can't be under pressure every play of the game.

    • @NguyenLe-mq6px
      @NguyenLe-mq6px Год назад

      You give far too much credit to one QB in this game. All but one of his touchdowns came in the first quarter and one TD was pure luck on an otherwordly bounce. After that first quarter, Bama shut A&M's offense down. Credit should be equally distributed to the Aggy defense because they outright dominated the Bama offense and when Alabama had a chance to score the game winning TD inside the five, they stopped them. They get far less credit than they deserve for this game - especially considering the Bama offense was averaging 40+ PPG prior to this one.
      Also, when has Georgia and LSU ever had a mobile QB? Jordan Jefferson? He sucked.

    Johnny Manziel reminds me of Michael Vick because Johnny Manziel is the white mecca of Michael Vick!!! Johnny Manziel= Michael Vick!!! Johnny Manziel had a good day against the Alabama Crimson Tide. Johnny Manziel was beast in college until he had his downfall in the NFL!!! Johnny Manziel has talent!!! I ❤ #2 Johnny Manziel!!! I wish that Johnny Manziel was still playing football!!! Johnny Manziel is fun to watch!!! I love Johnny Manziel, he's my guy!!! Johnny Manziel is the man!!! I missed Johnny Manziel playing football, he is a good player and he is a good man, I remembered his time in cleveland when he won two games with cleveland browns in 2015. When Johnny Manziel was a rookie in 2014 it was a disaster. I also remember seeing Johnny Manziel on them snickers commercials during his time with the Cleveland Browns where he played two seasons with in the NFL. Johnny Manziel had his ups and downs in the NFL and the CFL!!! When he played played in the AAF he made some improvements. Johnny Manziel was a good player and I don't know what he's doing these days. He was the best dual threat quaterback in college. I love Johnny Manziel and one day for christmas I'll get a Johnny Manziel cleveland browns jersey, if my mom can find it online. Johnny Manziel has swagger. Another thing I know about Johnny Manziel, he's forgiven like Michael Vick was. I know Johnny Manziel had been having drinking problems in the past but he was a good player in college. The difference between Johnny Manziel and Michael Vick is that Johnny Manziel likes to stay in the pocket and Michael Vick doesn't. Johnny Manziel and Michael Vick played in college for two years, Michael Vick was drafted in 2001 and Johnny Manziel was drafted in 2014 Michael Vick was a free agent in 2014 the same year Johnny Manziel got drafted in. Johnny Manziel was a well talented player because Johnny Manziel can run the ball and throw the ball just like Michael Vick did in his prime. I rooted for both of them. Johnny Manziel was a star in college but when he was in the NFL and the CFL, he was a bust. Johnny Manziel is a legit dual threat. The thing I like about Johnny Manziel he knows how to stay in the pocket without getting hurt. I believe that Johnny Manziel is going to be like Michael Vick because he's a legitimate dual threat. I do love Johnny Manziel, he's the best dual threat quaterback in college football!!! He's very fast and explosive!!! He's also a daredevil too. Johnny Manziel is the dual threat quaterback compared to Michael Vick!!! If Johnny Manziel was still playing football, I would want him to play for the Atlanta Falcons because we need a dual threat quaterback on our team!!! I love Johnny Manziel, he's beast!!! I like how I compare dual threat quaterbacks to Michael Vick because there is alot of players who want to play like Michael Vick did in the pros and in college. Johnny Manziel is the best quarterback ever compared to Michael Vick. If Johnny Manziel gets in the texas a&m ring of honner, this would be cool!!! Johnny Manziel is the man!!! Johnny Manziel does have raw talent!!! I have mad respect for Johnny Manziel and nothing but love for Johnny Manziel!!! 💛💛❤❤💛💛❤❤💛💛❤❤!!! I ❤ #2!!! Go Johnny Manziel Go!!! Johnny Manziel= Michael Vick!!! Johnny Manziel is the man!!! I love Johnny football a.k.a Johnny Manziel!!! He's my guy!!! I love Johnny Manziel!!! Gig em!!!

    All due respect to Alabama and saban, the best coach of all time, I really feel like Texas A&M was the best team in the nation that 2012 season. We missed a kick here and there that ended up costing us the title. If we had a better kicker we would have gotten the privilege to go kick Notre dames ass in the title. And I also read an article basically lining up about how if we had stayed in the big 12 one more season we would have won it all, basically saying that we would have stomped our way through the big 12 and beat alabama in the title game instead of this game, because saban wouldn’t have the off-season to prepare the right personnel package to stop manziel, which he did to an extent, even though A&M won this game, and saban wouldn’t have the film of teams like Florida or LSU that managed to slow A&M down, basically saying alabama wasn’t built to play Texas A&M and most likely wouldn’t have beat them in the national championship. That being said, it is what it is, we still missed those kicks and lost to LSU and Florida, and Alabama is still the 2012 champs. Crazy to think about though

      Last I heard he was telling his teammates that he was suffering from depression. Later he told them he was hearing voices. After the season ended he disappeared for weeks without anyone knowing where he was. He later turned up near home in Dallas but had left the team. A few months later he took a machete to a park in Dallas and hacked up a jogger. I thought I heard that he said he wanted to go to jail because the voices were bothering him. Very sad.
      Pray for him and the family of the victim.

    Nick Saban was outcoached and outplayed in the trenches folks, Manziel had his way on this day!! Secondly, I don't think Nick Saban is the best coach of all time, however, he's a great recruiter, but not enough successful quarterbacks to play at the next level...NFL, , USC Coach Pete Carroll was much better and won in the NFL, Super Bowl and National Title game!! He also played a tough non conference schedule, it's a fact!!!!😎🤣😃
