I think they've change the interface. Now it requests a code sent to your mobile phone number, which the country code Ghana is rejected for receiving the code.

Hello. Please on the Ghana card, there are two numbers. There is Document Number which starts with AD and Personal ID Number that starts with GHA, please which one of them should I enter?
And must I include all the dash in the ID number?
