Hello! The iDPRT SP410 doesn't seem to have a back feed option, so our best recommendation would be trying to reload your labels so it only feeds one blank label rather than six. You also could try uninstalling and reinstalling your printer driver, sometimes this solves underlying printer issues. Here's the link to the driver: www.idprt.com/downloads/page_3.html If that doesn't work, we recommend contacting iDPRT support, you might have a larger issue with your printer. Here's their support link: www.idprt.com/Contact-iDPRT.html We hope this helps!
Hi there! Do you know if you're using direct thermal labels? A way you can test it is by scratching your nail across the label. If a black mark shows up, then they are direct thermal, but if nothing shows up, then they are thermal transfer. The iDPRT SP410 only uses direct thermal labels, so if you have thermal transfer labels, that's why your printer won't print. Please let us know if this is your issue!
Hello, We are having the same issue as Billy Goldfang + Ava Barton - we have tried everything and the printer doesn't work. just spits out the white labels.
Hello! You might have read our replies to the other comments, so forgive us if we're being repetitive, but are you using direct thermal labels? You can test it by scratching your nails along the label. If a black mark shows up, then they are direct thermal, but if nothing shows up, then they are thermal transfer. With this printer, you'll need to be using direct thermal labels. If you are using direct thermal labels and that's not the issue, then have you possibly tried uninstalling and reinstalling the iDPRT printer driver? Here's the link to the driver, just make sure you select "SP410" under "All Products" and then "Driver" under "All Type": www.idprt.com/downloads/page_3.html Please let us know if that fixes anything!
Does anyone know how to fix my IDRT SP410printer the label there seems to be an invisible line from top to bottom, going right into the center of the bar code, so when the post office try's to scan it wont work...any clues
Hello! If you are consistently getting a blank line through the middle of your label in the same spot, it is likely one of the pixels on your printhead is malfunctioning. Because the iDPRT SP410 is relatively cheap, it may just be easier to try and find a new thermal printer. Or, you could reach out to their technical support and see if they offer any solutions. Here is the link to contact their support, we hope this was helpful! www.idprt.com/Contact-iDPRT.html
When I go to print labels, the paper runs through the printer but does not print anything. They just come back blank. I have already installed the driver for my 'Windows (desktop type)' because that is what I have, and I do not know what to do. Any help would be appreciated!

@@SmithCoronaLabels I got it to work! Apparently I had to turn the labels around again, even though I already did that, and turn off and on the printer. Thank you for the video it helped a ton!
My printer acts fine, and then when I go to print something, it just feed labels through infinitely until it runs out, printing nothing on any of them. I'm only trying to print a single label, and it pulled dozens of sheets through until there are now more to feed and then it starts blinking red.

@@SmithCoronaLabels The labels were correct, I tried three brands. And they said Direct Thermal Labels on the back. One was the few labels that came with the product, the second from UPS, and the third was from Rollo. The problem wasn’t only that the labels were blank. The problem was also that printing a single label (1 label) would result in the printing of hundreds of blank labels. To be clearer, printing 1 label would prompt the printer to begin running hundreds of blank labels through for no reason. As an update, I returned my unit to Amazon and exchanged for another iDPRT SP410 and it had the exact same issue. The only thing I can deduce as the issue is a software or driver issue for the latest MacOS. People with Windows computers seem to have less issues. I ended up returning both units and buying a Rollo brand printer. It was much more expensive but it works flawlessly and my time and frustration was worth more than the savings.
We're sorry you had to go through all that hassle with the iDPRT SP410! Maybe it is a driver issue, especially if it happened with two different printers. We hope the Rollo works better for you, let us know if you have any questions with it. We've done a few reviews on Rollo's printers so if you need any help we're here!
Hey there! We're sorry but we're not fully sure on how to help you. We would recommend reaching out to iDPRT to see if they can help you, here's their contact us page! www.idprt.com/Contact-iDPRT.html

My printer cycles the paper but does not print any ink. It was been restarted, recalibrated, and cleaned. Thoughts?
