Hey, just made some St Louis ribs following your cook and they were fantastic! Originally from the Indy area, but somewhere along the line became a New Englander (but go Colts!) I am looking to replace my old, rusted out Master Built vertical propane smoker with a charcoal or wood smoker and have been torn between old Dyna and El Guapo. Pretty sure you favor Dyna, but any advice?
I'm sticking with Dyna, even with the price increase.... of course, everything has increased in price but I would go with Dyna for the flavor and style. 😎

It adds a richness to the pork that can't be beat. You know us cheddar heads, we add butter to everything. LOL
Curtis, Great question! As of late, YES! I've been using Parkay in my brisket and pork butt wraps but my favorite is in ribs. Love using the Butter spray with Hot Sauce in a baby back wrap. 😎 Cheers my man! 🍻
