  • Jared Anderson's last two fights were disappointing. Now, he talks about quitting in two years. With only 17 fights against easy opponents, his future is uncertain.
Next up is Martin Bakole, a major step up. Can Jared prove himself, or will he fade away? This is his chance to show he can compete at the top level.

Jared Anderson gets thrown into a bigger pond by Top Rank boss Bob Arum. Let's see if Jared can swim with the sharks or become a killer whale

Anderson should stop Bakole in rounds 7-12 as Bakole tires. Bakole doesnt move his legs in attack mode when punching meaning a little slide back from Anderson and Bakole misses ( Bakole no head movement, no footwork, low hands, no defence, low volume, unfit ) Bakole only has a good counter jab and decent jab/cross. but very limited tools. ( Anderson finally is going to get a big bag for this fight and edge closer to a massive payday this will motivate and encourage him to let his hands go and throw big powershots ) As Anderson wants to retire asap, he's 1-3 fights away from a big payday so i think he steps up and dismantles Bakole.

Thanks for the comment! Four to five months ago, I made a video saying Anderson is a future world champion and praised him a lot. However, he's since done some questionable things and mentioned he might quit boxing within two years. This made me question if his heart is really in the sport or if he's just in it for the money instead of aiming to become a world champion.Despite that, I still believe he has what it takes to be a world champion, and his upcoming fight will be a crucial test. If he beats Bakole-and I see no reason why he shouldn't-he might change his mind and stay longer in the sport. Bob Arum will look after him; Anderson is his golden boy in the heavyweight division. Once Anderson sees the amount of money the Arabs will offer, he'll likely stay and dominate the division. But it all depends on how he deals with Bakole. Anderson looks the part; he just needs some polishing
