So I have this printer and I have an issue. I used 40lb & 48lb paper stock and use premium presentation paper and have it on high quality which is best for the paper I use and it prints great for I need it for. Now I go to use 110lb stock it comes out faded. Any suggestions?
Many things affect print quality, paper type and manufacturer, printer profile, file size, resolution and what program are you printing from. Also, when you say the print quality is average to below average what is that compared to and what are the issues? How does it compare to a lab print? A side by side comparison would be helpful.
Bonjour. Es ce que cette imprimante Epson 2008 fait sublimation ? Est-ce quelle est bien pour faire les transfert sur tee-shirt avec une machine a presse ?
You mentioned in a previous video this that the 2850 was the base model. Yet this is the base model. Also I asked (never got a response), how do you know the next series will be in 4 years? It's not yearly?
I don't see cardstock as an option. I got mixed results that the lower ends don't do cardstock, yet some answerers on Amazon said they are. Is it just not an app option?

Why not state the time it takes vs "a very long time". Is a long time 5min? 10? And use higher quality photos. The jpg compression can be seen even when you don't zoom in.
i buy this printers since my Epson 3880 is sic, this one can print one page by hours after scaping in average 10 to 15 photo paper, i've got 5000 and more spare photo paper from 9 brand, from 28 to 40 pound, every print show missing paper whatever the brand half an hours at minimum whatever the place or kind of papers, when finally it's print every page took not less than 20 minutes to print, scap two of them... and more they're a cd with the driver in 2023, gosh my last cd reader was 12 years ago.... i endup fishing from internet, then its compatible only with 2.4 type wifi, i've got 49 computers in my shop, 9 profesional nod, that cost a fortune, non are 2.4 g wifi compatible, adding an old router endup a non communicable nod, so no computers can see the printers like 20 years tech,...totally waste of money scap and useless Why in 2023.a printer that is not compatible with inkjet photo papers any brand including epson, compatible with only an obsolete wifi standard from 20 years ago. i review every video on youtube about this printers, non even remotely mentionne is flaw ... .not one.

We really need to know the native resolution of the photo files to judge the print quality coming out of the printer.

you can add sublimation ink instead of the original ink that comes in the box :)

They are both base models, 2800 series.

Yes sir!
No Epson ET 3830?
No
you are using bad quality photos, pixels are clearly seen here.
Ok I will change it
I thought the same, there's no way it prints that bad. I saw other people print text documents that was not pixelated at all.
प्रिंटर अच्छा है लेकिन दाम कितना है
This printer is slow And it don't complete the pages for me. Keep getting spit out
