The issue with any of the Maybachs are they look too similar to the lower (relatively speaking ofc) S and GLS class models. Until they differentiate from Mercedes Benz, they won’t ever hold the prestige of a Rolls or even a Bentley

Tbh Rolls Royce really disappointed me with the Cullinan. Besides the expensive cool materials, the rear seats just looks like a regular SUV and doesn’t really have anything special whereas the Maybach makes you feel like a king being driven in the rear seats.

Partner with the contractor. collect $10k a month in rent and Collect $10k in rent from the store fronts. So you either gross $240k per year in rent. Or sell the building for $2.5m. Cost to build $1m. Land $400k. Pocket $1.1m in only 6 months. This is happening in every town west of NYC and south as no one wants to live in NYC.
It was a tough decision, but after this informative video I went with a 08 Toyota Highlander
