I've been on that road many times. Moab is pretty cool, though you definitely want to visit Arch's when you are there at least once. Also that's the tourist trap Hole in the Rock. The real one is in Southern Utah and is actually part of one of the Utah Pioneer trails.

we pass this way every time we head north. Love the formations and the red rocks. and thanks for the Info. we have never stop at the rock. just the cool rest stop next to it.
