By far, the best woodworking terms on the internet "glidy angle thing maging" is much better than a miter gauge! 😂👍

looks like a solid saw. ima give you a decent enough starter advice for tablesawing. take a straight piece of scrap wood and use the slider-thingie so you get a right angle cut. take a scribing tool and scribe a line along the path of the saw on one end of the cut you just did. make a new cut and scribe a new line on the side of the other piece of wood. done correctly you should have two parallel lines ong the table along the path of the saw- a couple of milimeters between. anything between those two lines will be gone- devoured by the teeth of the sawblade. makes it hella easier to find your cut : o)

That's some solid advice! I'll do that when I get around to using it. Right now it's just a very fancy piece of furniture in my hallway, my wife loves it!

Yeah, I'm super happy with it! It's pricey, but it feels like a saw I can use for a decade or two 😅

@@TryingToBuildStuff same. I do some small remodeling jobs and use mostly dewalt tools.

@@jeremyboecker9236 hehe, well, I got my tool set slowly over time, still missing a few things I would like to have (but probably don't really need). Bought them one by one when my wallet (and wife) allowed it 😅
