'1/4" screw' is not big enough for the coolant overflow line. 5/16"-1/2". I don't remember which one fit it.
Why would you not show the whole process? Makes us think you had trouble and got help then started recording again
Put thread lockers, i found mine completely loosened from all the vibrations.
