- The Philippines, this is quickly becoming one of our favourite destinations and for good reason. For this episode we’re exploring the eastern regions of Bohol. It’s here that we’ll be seeking out experiences that are off the radar of mainstream tourism and we’ll be staying at an eco lodge set in one of the most picturesque landscapes of the island. Oh & we should probably introduce ourselves...
We are Benny and Meeka, a travel couple from Australia who have been travelling on and off for 10 years and even lived in the UK from 2019 - 2021.
We are currently in SE Asia and are making our way back to the UK to reunite with our Mercedes Sprinter van we purchased before the world shut down and we left back to Aus.
About 4 months ago we decided to document our travels as we make our way across the globe, so join us for the ride.

You might want to go to the Northern part of the Philippines like Baguio, see Batad Rice Terraces, have tattoed by Apo Whang-Od in Buscalan, and Sagada, there are stunning waterfalls to chase there as well. BTW, these rice terraces will be greenest around April-May, so that is the best time to visit.
