No more dangerous in the philippine now since president duterte become the president, of 2016 to 2022, all noturious criminals have been killed. Maybe there are few are still escape on that time. But i think they are in jail now.. Maybe there few are rising since duterte out of his presidency.

The last time I was on 7 commando's beach in January 2000 including my guide there were just the 3 of us there. There was no canopy walk and only about 3 options of accommodation back then. I feel gifted for seeing the original, unspoiled, last natural frontier of The Philippines. It's now no longer an 'off the beaten track.' destination.
It took me by surprise how El Nido became so touristy. Coron is still a bit less developed with fewer people. The good thing about these places is that you can still do many off-the-beaten-path adventures, you just have to avoid the main tourist sites. Thanks for sharing your memories, it must have been interesting seeing the places in their pure state like that 👌🏼.

Your itinerary in my country is so good and I would believe how good your itineraries are for the other countries . I find it really difficult to go around my country compared to Thailand, Vietnam, Bali etc. To see it this way like you did is super awesome. Our beaches are the only truly beautiful thing in the Philippines.

I lived South of Manila for 4 years. You will need to be patient getting around. It doesn’t have the transportation network as, say, Thailand. Ferries to the small islands go when they feel they have enough people. Domestic Flights are often not on time at all. It is a diversion paradise for sure. People are friendly and it’s more than safe. If you’re a diver, Anilao is a gem. My home dive shop was Planet Dive. The shore entry is (Twin Rock) is designated one of the most diverse dive sights in the world. Have a coffee at Starbucks in Tagaytay overlooking the volcanos. As you day, Bohol Chocolate Hills are stunning. Well done

Lots of places to visit actually, each province has different types of scenery, food, traditions/culture and dialects. I love your video.
