You can get FDA for your products, and I can help you do that, but do you have any product you are interested in export?
Hey, I had a question, what if we are sourcing the food products from a third party manufacturer, and then we are repackaging and re-branding under our own label, then we require the FDA for the Manufacturer's facility as well as my facility where the repackaging, relabeling and branding is happening, that means two FDA licences right?
In your case you must have to apply for FDA at the address of your repacking unit. You need not fda certification of the party from where you are sourcing.
I want to send whole spices in a raw form produced by farmers.
How can I see in this case towards FDA registration .?
Here consider i am exporter and procuring from farmer directly from his farm. So here no one is manufacturing anything . So how FDA will work I this case?
If I have a water purifier, bought empty plastic bottles and a bottle wrapper and rent a work space, will my DFA license be approved if I meet the requirements that the water is completely purified? Because I am leaving out automatic filling machines, because I would start with a small business where everything would be done manually.

Hi, so how do I download a certificate of this registry? I have a printed copy of the review of the form but I am not sure of what I am supposed to show to third parties that ask me if iI have a facility with fda registration. Thank you for the valuable information!
A printed copy of the review of the form is sufficient. The FDA does not provide certificates.

Do I need to be a company for this, or is it enough just to be an individual?
Thank you for your question Faruk. If you intend selling a product produced by another manufacturer on Amazon or USA, then the product needs to be branded/labelled in your own brand details before you can file for an FDA license. Failure to do this, you risk an infringement on copyright and you can be seriously penalised/sued for it.

You will need FDA registration, Prior Notice, USDA certificate if applicable.

The FDA is renewed annually. This one time registration can cover as many as 10 products. So, you only need to register once and sell to as many buyers as possible.

It's very easy. If you are a foreign company then you also need a US Agent.

Whats about in case of a Merchant Exporter
What do you mean by Merchant Exporter
It means the exporter isn't manufacturer, but they are sucking from manufacturers & export.
It does not matter. You can be an exporter or manufacturer. As long as you store the food at some point along the line, you will need to have a food facility registration.
I mean if a seller is not going to manufacture, labelling, packing, or storing. But he will get the goods from the manufacturer and directly delivering it to the port. Is it must to have a FDA regression for the exporter in this case?
what is ufi number or duns number
Duns number is now required to get your FDA food facility registration. Google dun and Bradstreet for your country to find out how to get the number
