I'm convinced that part of the problem is (the majority of) men who are disgusted by the situations you refer to but remain silent. It isn't OK and our silence amounts to complicity.
We have this problem because children cannot get protection from sexual abuse. Whether it's a parent or a stranger, the criminal justice system refuses to convict sex offenders. Also, courts allow parents access to victim children. This is the issue, at it's core.

Who am I suppose to report possible child "sex"/rape trafficking to if it is happening in Philipines, and I'm in Australia. I tried police, AFP and spoke with Crimestoppers and they told me it's outside their jurisdiction. I'm only aware of this particular case because of Social Media. I don't know if the information I have is enough to prove it or not, but I'd like to get the ball rolling so that - if these kids are in danger, that they can be helped to get out of that situation. They told me to report it to Facebook, which I already did before contacting them. If Facebook wasn't always so useless dealing with various forms of abuse - including elerdy abuse films, prisoners being burnt to death, animals being maimed, people and dogs being shot to death by police, naked photos of children with inappropriate comments of a sexual nature - they say it doesn't go against their "community standards" (or lack thereof).

How can one be so sure it was unwittingly, maybe the consumer of these products did so unwittingly but those that created the problem knew exactly what they were doing and the results. They created a world that makes it easy for them to get away with it, law or otherwise,
