People who see self-belief as arrogance are doomed to never achieve. Find inspiration in what it looks like to feel assured. Be a monster with morals.

Yesss, I went in a point in my life from being so unconfident and depressed to unshakeable confidence and started to be weary of other people not liking it at first but then I thought fck it that only shows an insecurity within them

In any business, the customer is the most important person. Know your customer and know what they want. If you're not getting sales of your product and/or service, identify why not and fix it.

The difference between Theo and Peters speech is huge, Peter is humble and almost self deprecating, Theo is pretty much a narcissist.
