Instead of a no spend January, my birthday month, I am doing a low spend January. I think I am going to do another low spend year. That worked great for my husband and I back in 2023.
My no send January is needed with my emergency fund going for unexpected car repairs. Thank God for 2 jobs having 3 paydays in January. The other job has 3 soon too.
I'm new to your channel and have to let you know you have inspired me. This week I got a budget planner and have it set up & ready to go for January 1st. I'm also going to do a No Spend in January which is great because I will get 3 paychecks that month. I have debt that I want/need to take care of so I can breathe again. Come to find out I only had $451.00 left so I wrote another one for $51.!!! Roof? Paid Off! (I guess that what happens when you don't pay attention & keep track of what you owe.. Never again thanks to you!)

I even have my boyfriend involved in it and have already told him I am skipping the eating out and any other extra events to see how much I can put toward my debt. I am also watching as many budgeting videos as I can to hype myself up for the New Year.
We’re in! We’re celebrating our 27th Anniversary in January ( the last week of the month too) at the beach. This trip is already paid for and $ already put aside for eating out while there. We’re going to do No Spend the entire year but we will evaluate ourselves quarterly. Our why…we want to save $ so we can retire in 2027 when the last one goes off to college. We are completely debt free ( mortgage free too). Good luck to all

No spend challenge is great. I will commit to a no spend-- dining out. This is a hard challenge for me. Cooking daily is ok, but some days I'm coming home late. Maybe I'll call it a no spend 4 times a week challenge. 🤷🏾♀️
My spending trigger are the links my coworker sends me about perfumes 🤦♀️. I will do my best to conquer this challenge. I really need to save for my dream home.
