I really enjoyed this review, and I'm looking forward to seeing what other movies are on your list. I agree about Green Inferno! I loved it. I had to look away from some of the animal scenes in this movie. They say that the animal cruelty was real. You had me cracking up a few times, especially talking about the puke! 😂🤣 Great video!
Nope. Not a rumor. That actually did happen. See, it's like this. The guy staged a publicity stunt, and because he didn't exactly think it through, it went horribly right. Here's what happened. After they made the movie, the dude paid his actors to just sort of lie low. As if they were actually missing, you know, like a person WOULD be if he got eaten by cannibals in a South American rain forest? Sort of like a 1980s version of what we would refer to today as an Alternate Reality Game. Yeah, only the police weren't in on the joke, so when several people who knew each other all had missing persons reports filed on them, the cops knew exactly who to go to. Lucky for him it was all just a big misunderstanding and they cleared his name. He might have had to pay some kind of fine for fraud on account of the hoax or something, but the movie itself was wildly successful, which makes it strange that it fell into obscurity to way it did, but hey, I guess that's just the way it goes. Now...they might have arrested him and been able to hold him on more serious charges if they did a little bit more digging. He didn't kill any of his actors, but they actually DID torch a bunch of the natives. None of them died, but they really did get the shit burned out of them. The ones you see in the movie covered in burns? That's not make up.
There's a long list of movies I haven't seen but there's not very many on my list that I would actually want to watch from them I still haven't watched Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon or Jennifer's Body they're probably the only two I haven't watched that I will the other movies that I haven't watched that I refuse to are found footage movies and I do not watch them because of my health

as i recall or just a rumor the director's actual arrest was for murder as they thought he killed the actors from the movie. seems a bit far fetched
