    I saw a documentary where Trent Parke used this to make images of submerged swimmers. Prices for this are on a constant rise. The 28mm lens would be a wonderful addition. Amazing surf pictures Coop !

    'Accidental purchase'
    Yeah, I've done few of those 🤣
    Wife not amused. But happy owning and shooting a Mint Eos3 and more recently 20-30 f2.8L to a point where my Leica M6 is gathering dust.
    Great purchase and I'm happy you're getting back on your feet! More content please.

    I love shooting with mine! People get so stoked in the water once they learn that it's a waterproof 35mm film camera. Bought mine a few years ago and the price has almost doubled since then. Ugh!
    Was that Rasta in your photo?

    It's exactly because i shoot a lot of landscape and coastal, all of it rugged, that i'll get one of these - the weather-sealing. I shoot weather-sealed digital in all conditions, but i've no 35mm that i'm willing to risk in the rainforest or swamp or seashore... and definitely not my lovely vintage glass. Really appreciate the videos you've done on these beasts - the opportunities you've unlocked. One question... do you know if it's possible to use non-specific Nikon glass, or even adapt other glass to them, or does the mount strictly limit you to the Nikonos lenses? Great vid. and images btw. Many thanks and all the best.

    Do you take the film out and then wash it?

    I have the olive one as well. I use it for surf photos of my family and friends. I take it camping and really enjoy using it. Its sharp and I rarely miss a shot. I purchased the 80mm lens and I'm finding it difficult use. Any advice on how to compose my shot? I have the external viewfinder but still have a hard time making it work. Please help.I'd like to use it more. Thanks

      The 80mm is super hard to focus. I had the same problem as you to start with, practice makes perfect

    You need to get the internal o rings serviced. @narcosis101 or else your new one will end up like your last one😢also you need to soak your camera a rinse isn’t enough

    I was just gifted an IV-A, I was wondering if anyone knows what greese I should be using on the seals

    • @shootswithcoops
      @shootswithcoops  2 месяца назад +1

      Any silicone grease will do, if your in Australia head to a BCF store and grab some Inox MX6 grease, that will do the job and it’s only $14

      The US who fixes them
