Out of all the teams to have a statement loss (judging off the thumbnail), the Bills managed to one up the Seahawks.
The game against the Bengals is symbolic because it shows that their team in their current window with Allen, Diggs, McDermott, and the core surrounding isn’t gonna get over the hump without some changes being made both with defensive faces, depth, and possibly a coaching change.
The Bengals may be what we thought Buffalo was.

@@prolikethat5995Yes but then #1 , drafting and player/FA scouting has to be better to plug up the holes with the backups for injured players
And #2, in the Bengals loss, the defense held it together in the 2nd half but the offense never turned on. Some guys who are key pieces in the defense are also in their 30’s and though have 2-3 years left on their contracts, could start declining at any given moment.

@@kimyona9746 In reality the big change is Baltimore moving on from Greg Roman to Todd Monken as OC in the offseason. Which means Lamar is finally allowed to audible pre-play consistently (they used to be near bottom of the league in time before snap and delay of game penalties), he can play in structure more often without being forced to bail out badly designed plays (WRs aren't literally running into each other anymore) and more spacing on the field because Monken takes from Air Raid/spread offense principles (putting more than 2 receivers on the field at all helps get defenders outside the box).

Miami is like the College football team Oklahoma , they will beat the lesser teams ,rack up lot of points and yards , media will move them up in the rankings and talk about how awesome they are and dangerous with their high scoring offense, then when they have to face another team that has a tough defense, they fall apart and lose.

As an Eagles fan, here are my takeaways:
    1. Dak is underrated, by his own fans and by the NFL in general. He was a surgeon and had me worried from start to finish, and CeeDee Lamb IS a #1 WR in this league. Any lesser team wouldve gotten waxed by them yesterday, and we had to have a few lucky breaks go our way to pull that W.
    2. Sam Howell is an absolute DAWG. The Commanders didnt find it in RG3, Kirk, Alex Smith or Heineke, but they found That Dude in that man Sam. Hes gonna give the Eagles fits for years to come....unless Ron Rivera sticks around. He ruined Cam Newton, so if the Commanders want to bring back that old school NFC East football, Ron MUST GO.
    3. The Giants had a fluke season last year, but i still believe that Brian Daboll is a good coach...theres literally nothing there. Saquon Barkley is simultaneously the silliest selection they could've made at #2 and by far their best player. Danny Dimes is garbage and injury prone, and they have nothing else to build around. Keep Daboll and trash everything else.
    Excellent video.

I think this point could also be said for some other teams this week. Perhaps the Chargers? They couldn't stop complimenting Dak on the network telecast either, not even after he couldn't be bothered to remember where his feet were on the two point conversion attempt.
At a certain point, you have to set the sexy numbers aside and look at Dak clearly: this guy does not pay attention to detail. He depends on his body more than his brain, and that never helps a quarterback. Ever.
The touchdown that was called back is not his fault. The tight ends didn't execute the rub correctly. But the conversion is all his fault and it changed the entire situation. The refs were calling everything against the Eagles, moving Dallas into absolutely make-able field goal position, but they were five down, not three down, and that's solely on Dak and his inability to control his body.
I've seen enough. Dak is the Russell Westbrook of the NFL. No team with him starting at QB will ever win a Super Bowl.

I haven’t heard one person covering this sport express any sort of sentiment to pump the brakes on Will Levis yet. The only take anyone has is “well Tennessee found their franchise guy.” Really? He’s played 2 freaking games. I don’t give a shit how physically gifted he is or how good he looks for a game or 2; you cannot say a guy is THE guy on such a short sample size. The most you can say about Will so far is he looks very promising. You cannot declare that he is the guy yet; we’ve seen better 2 game stretches for QB’s who turned out to be busts

My hot take is the NFC is Mother Effing Terrible. AFC is 31-18 vs the NFC at this point in the year, and that's after the Patriots spotted the NFC a 4-0 lead. And even beyond that, most of the NFC is a directionless mess, between the entire South division, the commanders still being super mid, the giants stuck with Daniel Jones' anchor contract, and most of the north not knowing if they even have a quarterback of the future right now. The west has the seahawks, a pretender contender that only competes on the nfc's general inferiority, the niners who still don't have a real qb who can engineer a comeback, a retooling rams team that may or may not be losing their qb and head coach at any moment. And then, the cardinals are so badly mismanaged they won't pay for food at their own facilities and tampered to hire a coordinator nobody wanted. The conference is the eagles to lose for the forseeable future, because there's no other team that has a franchise qb and a competent head coach.
