I cant open my template on my adobe premiere pro CC 2015, when I try to open the project it tells me it was saved on a newer version and that is really odd because when I downloaded the template I read that the template was for the exactly Adobe premiere program I´m using. Can someone pleace explain why I cant open my template? I have a updated version.

Hi Premiere Gal, I have an issue with a Motion Array template. I cannot change the colors of some elements...even though they appeared to be changed, they don't show changed on the timeline...can you please help??? thx!

Yes I'm trying to solve the same problem. What If I have more shots than the template allows? I've tried to copy sequences, tried to copy regions with different shots from another project. I doesn't work :)

Very helpful for helping to show how to edit within the templates. What I haven't figured out is how to create several lower thirds with different text using the same Motion Array template. When I try to change the text in the second one it changes the original, too. I wonder how I can use the same template to make many titles with different text?

thanks for being transparent and showing that template doesn't come with music and the music takes up ANOTHER DOWNLOAD! ..SO really only get 2 projects if you choose the $20 option and want the music.

Ah - one question - I'm using Motion Array for the first time re their Instagram LIVE template (for a client who's in a rush)... would I follow the same format as this? It's a bit overwhelming but I'm slugging through it...
Welp, I gotta say, trying to use the instagram LIVE Motion Array template was near impossible. No tutorial for it online, couldn't size the type entries (!), would have to create and pull all the emojis other than the two provided in from photoshop... just really, really involved. Not plug and play at all. Not intuitive. Also impossible to get support at Motion Array. This template is an important one - it really should work easier than this.
Could not even change the comments correctly - no way to consistently resize them. Would need to blow them up to see them to enter, and then no way to know when shrunk back to a standard size. No standard. The final sizing was all left to eyeballing. No metrics to check the math. That does not make sense.
How would you save and then import it into another video? Is there a specific file type that you would need?

For RUclips, I use the RUclips 1080p preset provided in premiere pro, or I use H.264, Match Source High Bitrate.

Hey! Good question. I just checked with Motion Array and unfortunately it only works with CC+ not anything below that.
Do you have a video on importing motion array templates for windows???
The same should apply for both MAC and PC. Premiere Pro CC Functions the same on both computers -- only difference are the keyboard shortcuts.

Malkom, Thanks for the question! I've only used Motion Array and VideoHive myself, but you can check out artists on Behance. Some people sell their work/templates individually. I think Adobe is looking into adding some to "Adobe Stock" soon too. I'll look into it though :-)

envato / Videohive do not offer Adobe Premiere Templates unfortunately ... I create after effects templates for Videohive and Premiere Templates for Motion Array, both marketplaces are wonderful ! I will soon start creating AE templates for Motion Array as well... Both of them do not approve any projects for sale, they preserve high aesthetic quality and have a highly qualified team of reviewers and curators... Many times we, as creators are confronted with rejections when our template submissions are not of a really high aesthetic quality and useful to clients ! So when buying from both Motion Array and envato / Videohive, you are buying from the best creatives in the world ! Hope I was of useful answers ... Thank you Gal for your wonderful tutorials ! and ... now answering your question about other marketplaces, yes, there are still 2 of my favourites : Pond 5 and Rocketstock but both still do not offer Premiere Templates, the only ones offering Premiere Templates at the moment are Motion Array ....

Still i don't think this type of templates would that powerful but Do you know what would be nice? If adobe allow us to save after effect templates with specific features to change directly inside of adobe premiere just like place holders, texts, color and effects. They did it with texts like lower thirds, but still we need to change place holders etc.. and a little bit more freedom using it would be nice. My whole workflow would be changed if i can do all of this inside of adobe premiere instead of going between adobe premiere and after effect back and forth. It wouldn't affect them at all, most guys get the subscription of the whole package anyway, I think i saw something like that from one of adobe's keynotes by a german guy who works for the Bundesliga but still that was a private script.
It definitely depends on what type of project you are going for. I think Motion Array's PPRO templates are getting better and better. But yes, I agree. If we could have more ability with the live text templates, to be able to edit the color & shapes of motion graphics created in AE inside PPRO. that would be heaven! Hopefully it will be here next year around this time :)
PremiereGal i made a suggestion ticket 3 years ago for the same reason and for adding background render but still nothing, they added smart render but it was a disaster. it maybe a good idea for a plugin if adobe didn't make it

That is very pricey for the limited downloads you get if you make a lot of videos.
Most templates cost at least $20 per template, with Motion Array for the light plan you can get 4 templates per month, which on other sites could cost close to $100+. And you can keep them forever as well.
