hey! When I add media in media placeholder it show preview with audio and when I preview it in main comp or after render the audio of media are gone. How to keep audio in final comp or render?

Do I have to render a file in AE and import that file int o PP or can I just import the AE project file? When I try to import thr AE project file I am taken to a window showing the folder structure of the AE Template - ive no idea what to choose from this! Template is Neon Glitch Logo Reveal
Once you're ready to export (as .mov) you can simply go through the normal procedure. Hit control (or) command + M to pull it up in your render queue, and then click on the blue label beside output module. Form there if you go up to format and select "Quicktime" your final results should be in .mov. Before leaving output module settings however, we would suggest looking to the right at "Format Options" and making sure the video codec is set to "animation" unless you have a specific need for otherwise. Hope that helps!
How can I easily shorten the entire length of the video? I want all the scenes to be faster and the length of the video to be 30 seconds. I tried shortening scenes from the template that I downloaded (by changing the duration time of each scene), but now there are huge gaps between the scenes.

You can add as much media as you want / as much as your computer can handle. If you're referring to how many drag and drop compositions there are in the project, that is a set number depending on the project that you're working with. But if you are comfortable in After Effects, it's more than possible to duplicate certain sections to repeat them at a different point with different media.

Clearly I'm missing something "easy" about this. I downloaded "Bouncy Photos". I'm using Windows 10 64 version, using AE CS6 and I get 4 pop up messages when I double click the project file. First one says "This project must be converted from Project 9.0 (MacIntosh Intel) and will open as an untitled project. The original file will be unchanged". Second pop up says, "The following layer dependencies are missing" Text Layer: Font family: AmaticSC, Font style: "Regular". Third pop up= "After Effects warning: 10 files are missing since the last time you saved this project". I've never saved the project before. The last one says "After Effects warning: "File Bouncy Photos.aep is locked. You can't save any changes to this file."
Why aren't the mp4 tutorials that come with the templates as good as this one. The one I got with "Cinematic-slideshow 56795" carries no audio and visually moves at such a rapid pace it feels like someone is fast forwarding the video. I had to manually advance it by hand to even TRY to follow WTF was going on. Now granted...I'm self taught and I've been using AE for 8 years. So I've evidently bypassed the common orthodoxy of composition architecture, but I'm not sure this product is going to be a time-saver if I have to start from scratch and re-learn how to use AE the "correct" way.
These are great tuts but after I downloaded each project from motion array I found no sound fx that were originally attached... these are just as important as the place holder, if not more.... what do we do?

Hi Guru, yes you can see if a template will work by looking at the right hand side of that template's page and it will tell you the versions it is compatible with

Why doesn't this method work when you bring in the clip you'd like to use for the template from a linked composition in premiere pro?

3:09 The image I am using is in high resolution, but why does it get to low resolution after dropping it to the Image 01? :'( I have no idea.
