That’s great - and not to take away from Omar, but I would like to see how many shirts a loader working solo can do. I had guys who would run our Sportsman on their own (load and unload, add adhesive spray, etc.). I think that would be a nice set of rules for this sort of contest.
We appreciate your comment TheGollyWally. Please consider these words by Kevin Kalkhoven, team co-owner of 2013 Indy 500 winner Tony Kanaan. “It was a hell of a race by Tony and a great job by the pit-crew and the engineers. . . . It was just a wonderful job by him and the team.” We believe Omar had a great pit crew to help him achieve this amazing accomplishment.
what are the items that are connected to the pallets? I see a flat metal piece at the front fo the pallet and some metal arms protruding out of each corner at an angle. Are those custom things made specifically for the world record???..are they part of the Passport system???
Nothing special here! The extenders you see are pallet add-ons that are included with the Passport Auto-Take-off System. They off-set the shirt’s leading and tailing edges from the pallet so that the Passport's grippers have clear areas to grip the shirt.
My apologies for coming across so rudely guys. It is still illustrative of hard work. I was out of line with the harshness of my comment. I appreciate the manner in which you have replied. Kudos
It's hard to believe, but this record was shattered in June 2013 at FESPA London, for a new world record of 2139 shirts! Watch the new video and see what has gone into setting this record. ruclips.net/video/daqrydl8ZDM/видео.html
Looks like 4 to me no make that 5. There is another 1 or 2 off screen unloading the dried shirts. Faster output but diminishing return due to more labor. Also this machine looks like it was put together from 80/20.net parts Where is the Guiness guy. I didn't see him so this isn't official. Seriously misleading!
Wait!...you got two guys assisting him to grab the t-shirts, than you got a machine unloading for him? That ain't no world record LOL Shit, I load and unload 500 - 600 shirts an hour, no one helping me grab shirts and no one, including a machine off loading. If you're going to set a world record, at least do it honestly hahaha.
Great job Omar' my physio told me, to use my feet when twisting' you will thank me for that in 20 years time...💰
Single operator? Ha, who are those two helping him open the shirts before he grabbed them? Now, take that help away and see how fast he is.
Anyone know the record for a manual press, one operator DOING EVERYTHING?

One operator my arse. All he is doing is loading. The is a guy feeding and another guy floating.

How did the ink cure with that dryer belt going so fast?
amazing i screen print to and this guy is very good at screen printing
Where do I sign up for this? I could cut .5 of a second back on that challenger and do an extra 60-120 in that hour!

Sounds like any of the naysayers have never loaded a auto at mass scale 2g an hour is mad even with perfect conditions 😂
Hasta mi abuelita pinta mas que eso
Im faster without a guy handing me each shirt.
WOW !
that's cheating. he has some guy opening the blank shirts for him. plus its a back print
