Prof Dr Javed Iqbal is a surgeon with special interest in laparoscopic and cancer surgery. His professional qualifications are FCPS, FRCS, FACS, FICLS, MCPS-HPE.

His current areas of effort are teaching and training of soft skill at various national and international fora. He is very active on social media and his team runs a very well subscribed youtube channel covering versatile topics& interests. He is regularly being invited on national & international TV shows for his intellectual contribution. He is an influential speaker. At the time of child's misbehavior 1. stay calm and don't react, 2.Connect, 3.validate,4. redirect, 5.have a collaborative approach. Understand why the child behaved in that manner.

From my personal experience i realise all children need is alot of love care hugs they want parents to always express them by saying i love you and lots of kisses and hugs even if children are adults . Im a mother but i still love when my parents say we love you and they ask me how I am they make me feel special and we all want to feel special

Children are mostly not ready to listen at secondary schools. Three of you are best advisor. Please upload more from professor who came from US . Out of country problems are bit difficult. I have a question for dr Javed Iqbal that is very interesting and haven't been touched before.
We are so resistant of letting people try things that we have not experienced ourselves. There is secret sense of jealousy and insecurity. How do we overcome this?
How do we overcome our mentality of: "hamaray sath ye hua tha to agay bhi yhi hona chahye" or
"Hum ne ye experience nhi kia to kisi aur ko bhi nhi krnay dena"
And then we find different religious, cultural and intellectual reasons for it.
How to understand it deeply and overcome this negative mentality? Please make a video over it !
