I had 1 boyfriend in high school and married the only other guy I dated and we've been together for 14 years, married for 9, so I guess to me that's not an issue? If you know what you're looking for and don't waste time with people you don't think will fit that, I think that's fine. As far as living at your parent's home into adulthood/until marriage, many cultures do that and it doesn't seem to be a problem.

It was like a light switch. Sudden critical evaluations of Nick. He went on a duck and was trying to have fun but Hannah looked so down on him on every turn. I felt bad for Nick. Knew it wasn't going to work from that day 1.

I feel like we see so little about the pods and many scenes are shown just to give context to the story and not to let us know the aspects of what they made them fall in love.
