They are also insanely injury prone, Kittle, Warner, CMC, and Trent Williams are always gonna be out some games a season, but sadly in the big games they are out injured or dissapear. Look at today’s game, they needed Kittle and he was injured, deebo got injured, and CMC’s ankle got bent bad, but he still stayed in game somehow.
Its because the 49ers built their team with great players and found a decent quarterback to manage that great team when you're actually supposed to find a elite quarterback and build the team around him.

Absolutely agree if anything the refs mad bad calls against the horse collar that wasn't a horse collar the ineligible reciever on the 49ers 1st td that wasn't called the bad spots multiple times and 1 or 2 delay of games that were missed. Not reviewing the jano catch in ot. Ps not saying it wasn't a catch it was just bang bang and in that big of a moment in the superbowl there is no reason they shouldn't have at the very minimum take a look.

Shanahan didn't coach a bad game but some bad decisions here or there combined with Purdy being nervous to close the game...the better team lost. It was out of Mahomes' hands and they failed to take advantage when it mattered.

I got a confession to make: i think of myself as a person who apperciate greatness, and more of a supporter than a hater. But when i allowed myself to turn a little to the darkside, 15 proved me wrong. Yes, im a broncos fan. but mahomes is someone we need to learn from. Even as individuals, if we can take one thing from the way him and the chiefs are doing things, our life would be much better.

Purdy is good in that he can make any throw, he is accurate, doesn't make mistakes and protects the football. BUT. In crunch times, he needed to make the proper adjustments at the line of scrimmage. I'm not sure if he doesn't have that amount of control on the offense or if he just didn't know better, but that's why they lost, because he couldn't figure out the attack and be ready for it. Even though he is cool when under pressure, you gotta make the adjustments on the line of scrimmage and neither him or his coaching did that. It cost them the game.

MJ was called the GOAT on his 1st 3 peat despite multiple different players still having more rings. It's not the championship or longevity that's the most important. It's the fact he is undeniably the best player we are watching and have watched play this game. He just needed to show he could win consistently. Mahomes has shown that. Win with a top offense, and bad defenses, win with a leg injury. Win with a great defense and few offensive weapons. All 10+ point comebacks too. It's the eye test man. He's the goat.
Not to mention his worst offensive line since he was a starter quarterback

@NinjaDog9123 Brady also lost to a backup QB, and even missed the playoffs entirely once. Something mahomes has yet to do. Brady didn't win his 4th until he was 38. Also brady has 4 rings with controversy. Spy gate and Deflate gate. Both of which the league punished the team/or himself for.

CMC fumble, special teams fumble, missed extra point, every drive getting sandbagged by offensive penalties, and the receivers somehow losing the ball in the air twice. Kittle missing the game and being left behind in San Fran. The avengers didn't carry Purdy. Purdy carried the avengers. And sadly the coach took the field goal instead of going for it and left it up to Mahomes. Who the hell in their right mind would ever leave it up to Mahomes? Lmao. Happy for the Chiefs, but anyone who faults Purdy takes a big L.

I'm glad it was a good game. I am getting tired of the same team winning every year though. We just had to sit through 20 years of the Patriots winning the Super Bowl over and over and over and over and over and over. Now we get to watch the Chiefs win it every year.

If I could have picked who was in the Super Bowl out of the playoff teams I would have liked to see Buffalo against Detroit for that reason. I have nothing whatsoever against the Chiefs or the Patriots, just that I'd like for the fans of a long suffering franchise to be able celebrate a victory at the highest level instead of it being the same franchise and same fans all the time. In the end it doesn't matter. It's just a game.
