The greatest NFL player all-time, this man won back to back without any top tier offensive weapons. And had a down year for his standards. But proved it in the playoffs when it matters. And this coming from an NFL fan, who has been watching the NFL since the 90's.

Mahomes really turn it up during the playoffs. He made some great throws and clutch plays. That’s why he is a three time Super Bowl Champion and MVP!! He’s only 28 and has a long way to go in his career!
Im a 3rd generation Broncos fan and have been watching them for 36 years, and this guy, from the first time I seen him play (last game of the 2017 season) knew he was going to be great. The man is a killer. Micheal Jordan, Tom Brady, and Jerry Rice-like lunacy. You can’t teach great instincts and competitiveness. This is the guy that’s good at everything. He’s probably beer pong champ in school.
I remember the Broncos from 1998/1999....what a team (loved Terrell Davis, Tyrone Braxton, Shannon and ❤#7👍)
He said ping pong was his best "sport".
In divisional games he also reminds me of Elway. As a KC fan you would be up 10 in the 4th quarter and thinking "oh no, here it comes" and I'll bet it's the same being opposite Mahomes.

As a Chiefs fan since 1966, it's heartwarming to see all this current success, but the best part is shutting up all the talking heads in the NFL and the acidic fan-bases of the teams we trashed getting here. Mahomes is alone atop the mountain.

Seen plenty players make miracle plays like Mahomes. Brady was a true traditional quarterback, Mahomes just added some flare to his game, doesn’t make you a goat at all.

I never thought Mahomes would be my goat over Tom but he's changed my mind. What he's doing is unreal.
Just a small note. It is an interesting reminder of how many big 3rd down conversions or big catches Watson had. I am glad we have him still this year. Some of the other WRs will be replaced but he really is a good 2-4 target WR 4.

Mahomes had a down season because he had to do a lot with a little. The thing that makes mahomes great is that he makes the big plays when he NEEDS to be great. That’s y he scored on his last 4 drives in the bowl. He gonna be the goat in about 5 years
Didn't know the #2 defense in the league with a top 5 TE in history, a great line, and one of the best coaches ever was a little but sure. Also in 3/4 of his SB games he's been outplayed (Outplayed by Brady, Hurts and Purdy) per PFF. also he was just blatantly missing the fact that Chase Young did 0 to contain and completely lost leverage, also he threw it to the wrong team, his D saved that first half from being a 20 point game
@isaacstafford2501 first off its top 2... secondly that TE wasn't playing up to his usual standard for most of the season. Third, he had to deal with the most drops in the league. Fourth, about a third of his ints were from dropped passes. I would say that's little to work with

He's not been consistent at all. 50% catch rate and less than 30yrds/game on avg. That being said, he had some key catches in the playoffs.
He’s one of them that struggled there for a while. I’ve been one of his biggest cheerleaders the past two years then it seemed like he couldn’t Covid in a nursing home. But yeah he improved as the season progressed.

This season was insane. As a Chiefs fan, I was questioning if we could even make it past the Bills but we won it all. We overcame adversity and fixed problems in the playoffs, and somehow it happened. Mahomes is absolutely insane!!!!!

If non-KC fans will look at just this video, they will think the Chiefs have the best receivers in the league.. they have no ideas how many things I slammed around my house looking at all of the drops. There were at least two terrible drops for every single one of these great plays...At least they caught the ball when it mattered the most :)

This is Pats first year even having a top 3 defense and thank god because this happens to be a year they actually needed it due to young receivers and incompetent play on offense.
I’m a chiefs fan and before this season Chiefs offense literally had to score 30 + points a game because the defense was allowing 24 points a game 💀

He's got the intuition and drive of Brady, the raw conscious intelligence and pre-snap reading of Peyton, and the athletic talent (both with his arm and his legs) of Rodgers. You look at some of those throws... he knows exactly where the receiver is going to become open before it happens. You look at those runs... he doesn't even need to run quickly because he knows exactly where the space is.
There are so many quarterbacks who have the raw athleticism which he has and use that as a crutch, but his ambition just drives him to new heights. Most quarterbacks who can run and throw lasers just stick to that, but when defenses learned to counteract that Patrick learned to throw dinks and manage the game. Just brilliant. You already know he'll totally reinvent himself a number of times and play til he's 40, God willing. What a player.
