Facts, working from home, when I take my hour break there some days I’ve take naps during that time and woke up to go back to work feeling less mentally sharp compared if i go on walk or run.
Thanks Nsima for pointing out bloodwork (@10:30)! I was exhausted for 10 years and always heard the same old stuff: exercise, diet, habits, sleep hygiene, cold showers, sunlight, therapy, meds, etc. Tried it all, nothing helped. Long story short, after finally ordering my own tests (because docs wouldn’t listen), turns out I have celiac disease and have been nutrient deficient for years. So yeah, sometimes you just need to get off your butt…but sometimes your body might actually have some real problems that need to be figured out. Listen to your body friends!
Is it possible to get time-stamps on more of these? They are great but often times I don’t have 1hr straight and want to hear the key parts I care about quickly. Then come back later if I love it to watch the whole pod.
Well you either value the information and speakers enough to handle their "rants" or you don't. They sit down and produce it yet you.expect them to custom fit for your convenience. There's a pause and fast forward button so maybe you can edit to customize your needs. Think the host have offered up enough
@@browntrout103 Damn, you good bro? Sounds like this isn't about the video and you are feeling under-appreciated at your own job or something along those lines.
Great episode as always!! Y’all always make my day 💪🏽 I think a lot of it is mindset…. In my opinion people will feel the smallest bit of tiredness or lack of motivation whatever it may be, then they allow themselves to mentally get engulfed in it and allow it to ruin the rest of their day. We have to stay mentally on top the best we can and reject that shit!!! 💪🏽 I tell myself this all the time… wake up dude, stop feeling sorry for yourself and just stop being a 🐈.
Something i just dealt with was being foggy even after 8+ hours of sleep per night consistently. I got a blood test and my CO2 levels were high. I use a blood ox ring to monitor my oxygen levels and it was great. I then got a CO2 air quality monitor from Temtop and my CO2 levels were over 1700(which is bad) and outside was 300 (good) so i exchanged the air in the house and got the CO2 levels down and game changer for me. It also helps recovery so worth a shot. The monitor i got was like $170 but i can use it for as long as i need wherever i want to use it.
One thing to clarify too is people get the carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide mixed up. Many people have carbon monoxide alarms in their house but not carbon dioxide and don't think anything of it. We have a bunch of plants in the house and still had carbon dioxide problems CO2
Your health your energy and even how your brain functions are all related to the same thing, your gut microbiome and your hormone production. Fix both and notice how much better you feel, even if you aren't shredded at the end of the day you should be at healthy body fat levels, hopefully higher brown fat levels than white fat
@@marcosgonzales2007 certainly fix your sleep, dark cool environment, nasal breathing and relaxed (I stretch then breathwork before bed under red lighting), and for the gut, you could do the elimination diet by only eating red meat for a while and slowly work things in and see what your body processes best, or, get a DNA test for the list of foods your body can and cannot process. I eat mostly meats&certain veggies, of course plenty of eggs&mushrooms, carbs around certain days. It's all personal, yet when you're moving 1-2 solid pieces at a time, your gut is doing its job efficiently. Post-meal walks also help regulate many hormones. That's helpful too
Well if there's no snow on the grass I'm outside every morning at Sunrise grounding, shirtless and shoeless like today and it was 32 degrees today and the frost always feels so good on the toes but even when there's snow on the ground I will still go outside and look around
21:06 Andrew is spot the fuck on. Those and the Easter Egg ones are the perfect PB to Chocolate ratio. Andrew absolutely has a little fat kid inside him. 🤣
Halfway through the episode and they have yet to mention any protocols for fixing energy levels. They've been talking about candy bars for 10 minutes now, in between ads. I think I'm about done with this podcast. Lame.
Some gentle stretching and steady walking can help. A 10-minute walk will always recharge you better than a 20-minute nap

100%, bloodwork will point out what’s really going on if you’ve exhausted every other option already.

Agreed! I also could have done without the whole Halloween candy rant. If I could be able to scan through the main topic at hand that would be great!

I’m running off 5 hours sleep today and I’m absolutely worthless
Carnivore diet then. I Can sleep many 5-6 hour days and feel pretty completely recharged. Not a problem what’s so ever
