my mornings a little different than yours: going on instagram for 34 minutes, then in about 6 minutes, putting together a horrible outfit that i'm upset with, frantically searching for my wallet, splashing water on my face, crying a bit, and running/sweating

I use my Dry Eraser Board on The Weekends when I do cleaning on Saturday. Then I write a note to remind myself to put my Workbadge back in my purse. When I come home on Friday, I put it in a Box.
In the morning, if his face is a little puffy, he’ll put in an ice pack while he does his stomach crunches. He can do a thousand, now.
Jokes aside, huge fan, love the minimalist approach...change my life for the better. I have my own regimented night/morning routine. Keep up the great work!

Cold rolled oats are dank. If I eat oats, I'll make steel cut. You can make a big pot for the week. And the then simply reheat.

Haven’t found a moisturizer with spf that doesn’t cause me to break out...still looking. On days spent outside I will throw on some sunscreen or a hat.
