I SQUEALED when I realized this existed! It's so good, I love the art style, the motions and transitions are so smooth! AAAHHHH! I love it so much! Even the characters that only show up for a frame or two just look SO. GOOD. Especially Kazuichi and Gundam.
Speaking of Gundam, I think it's cool that he was shown right after the line 'We all pretend to be the heroes on the good side', after it turns red, since Gundam does the exact opposite throughout the game, telling people that he is super evil even though it's pretty obvious he's a good guy. Then, you show Mikan, who in Chapter 3 DID pretend to be a hero, before being revealed as the blackened. Mikan is shown on the right, and Gundam on the left. Two sides of the spectrum. And then there's Nagito, right in the middle, playing both the hero and the villain.
And Ibuki and Mikan being shown together, and the little mischievous glance they shared was just! Amazing!
And at the end, with the line about secretly being a villain and showing Izuru!

Wow, this was really really good!! The Sdr2 cast never really clicked wth me like the first game's did, but for some reason, watching this animatic gives me way more of an appreciation for the way the characters in that game reflect/work off of one other...idk, it's hard to put into words, but I guess what I'm trying to say is that this animation kinda fucking rocks. Great work, genuinely- I can only imagine how much time + effort went into this! Kudos! :D
