    🔔 Shrimp Butterbur stem perilla soup. (1T=Rice spoon)
    Butterbur stem 930g, shiitake mushroom water (3 dried shiitake mushrooms, 500ml water),
    1 red pepper, 200g shrimp, 1/2 onion, 10cm green onion, 1T coarse salt, 2T mirin,
    Perilla oil 1T, Korean style soy sauce 2T, minced garlic 1/2T, water 1L, rice flour 1T (15g), water 5T, salt 1⅓T (15g), plenty of raw perilla powder 4T.
    ✨ Shrimp Butterbur stem perilla soup.
    1. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in 500ml of water.
    2. Trim the butterbur stem.
    3. Blanch 1T of coarse salt and Butterbur stem in boiling water.
    4. Rinse in cold water and remove the skin.
    5. Cut the butterbur stem, onion, green onion, red pepper, and soaked shiitake mushrooms.
    6. Add shrimp and 2T mirin and mix.
    7. Put butterbur stem and 1T perilla oil in a pot and fry for 1 minute.
    8. Add 2T Korean style soy sauce, 1/2T minced garlic and fry for 1 minute.
    9. Add shrimp, onion and shiitake mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes.
    10. Boil the shiitake mushrooms in water and 1L of water.
    + When it starts to boil, cook over medium heat for 7 minutes.
    11. Prepare by mixing 1T (15g) of rice flour and 5T of water.
    12. After 7 minutes, add 1⅓T of salt, red pepper, green onion, 4T of raw perilla powder, and water with rice flour and boil for 3 minutes.
