This car has a capacity of 6.5 quarts. So even if you drain the radiator, it doesn't mean you got all the water out. That's why I say to fill up the car with distilled water and drive it around so it mixes with the dirty water that was left in the car and then I drain it again. I do that like 2-3 times. After you drain the radiator for the last time, it's going to still have 3 quarts of distilled water in the car. So just add like 3 quarts or all of the coolant and that will result in 50/50 or 60/40 which it's still ok.
Why did you put water then flush , then coolant and water? I do not understand the need for another water flush, its not like a home radiator thats gonna be yellow and nasty, right??? 😢😢

He did said “half of coolant and half of distilled water”. But it looks like he did out too much coolant. I have the same sonata and it would only take half gallon of coolant and half gallon of water to be full.

At least explain why for those of us who are here to learn how to do it I would prefer not to follow bad instructions so if there is a better way I'm all ears Ty

i have same car and after few days coolent got low and i have to fill it but there is no leak at at all. i am fed up with this issue.
You should try to add fluorescent dye on the coolant to help find the leak location
Has your issue been resolved?
Thank you for video. So. When do I have to change the coolant? When it is overheating?
You need to change it every 2 years
Coolant is concentrated. Has to be 50/50

Is it better to use the green asian coolant for hyandai? Or is it ok to use that one in the video? Gonna do this when i change the thermostat. Thanks!
I've been using the one in the video for years now without any problems. Going to do mine again in 2 weeks
I have the same car, maintenance schedule says coolant capacity is 4.86 quarts

but by this way remain ancient water in machine body 🤔
Maybe, but the coolant ratio doesnt need to be 50/50
Actually, do it while the car is running maybe?
He pushin water in, and its coming out the bottom of the radiator 2:56
Thanks man
Really😂
👎👎👎
Well at least say why! That's kinda lame to not explain why you feel that way at least for us who don't know what we are doing I don't wantto
