So just add like 3 quarts or all of the coolant and that will result in 50/50 or 60/40 which it's still ok.

i have same car and after few days coolent got low and i have to fill it but there is no leak at at all. i am fed up with this issue.
You should try to add fluorescent dye on the coolant to help find the leak location
