    Just having the chance to learn from your years of experience makes me a winner no matter how anything turns out. It is always a pleasure to see a notification in my inbox that you have posted something new. And the way you chose to run your contests shows you still enjoy both the hunt and the rewards of prospecting. To give is always more fun then to receive in my life.

    My motto is 'get up early, hike till you're tired, then start prospecting' this way most people won't have made it that far.

    • @TwoToes
      @TwoToes  6 лет назад +7

      It's getting back to the truck, that is where I start having issues. You have compounding problems, your tired from the hike in, your tired from the mining, and you have all that gold you have to carry up the hill!

    Wonderful contest idea, We stumbled across it while looking through you site trying to find where to get some crevacing tools like yours. It is the first set my Husband has really liked the way they work We have been prospecting for about a year now and have decided it is a wonderful form of Family Fun. We have a 3 year old and our oldest daughter and husband have a 4 yr old. We took them with us last summer and we all had a wonderful fun filled 4 day weekend in the mountains and came away with a little gold as well.

    I just now came across your channel. I’m fine saying keep the gold, I’m perfectly fine learning all I can from your videos.
    I’m actually in MS, so there’s not much chance of finding gold here, but I like the concept of your crevice tools. I farm and they seem a mighty fine way to check seed depth while planting. I won’t lie though, it’s a dream of mine to hunt gold, from watching it on tv as a kid, to trying my hand at it while living in Colorado.

    great videos, ive been watching ur videos for about 5. months now going out to learn on my own claim out in foresthill ca. from all three spots seeing from the river and the lowest point and the wall the best place would be the third place to find the chunky gold cause the boulders u were picking up were not packed in the bedrock as in the 1st and 2nd spots. ud get flood gold in 1and 2 spots and small nuggets in third location. As to the amount of gold in the third location ud prob find 1/4 gram no more then two of em. keep up the great videos i enjoy them and learn something new everytime

    Very fun contest! I'm in N.Y. and stuck panning flood gold. All summer when we pan in VT we try to grab a bucket or 2 of fun for the winter from the top layer of flood gold off a gravel bar where the pay line runs 2 to 4 ft wide and at least 100 yards long. It's fun panning but you get sick of eating meat and potatoes and every once in a while you want some lasagna

    Hey Two Toes, I realize the contest it over now, but just for fun, I pick #3 because it is at the base of the bedrock hill is lower than the other two targets. You may find lead, but I think you are going to find some nice nuggets in that crevice. If it were me, I'd dig all three targets. Happy hunting

    I’ve always enjoyed your videos and the information you have provided is probably the best that I’ve been able to understand out of other YT’ers. I came across your channel back in later 2016 after reading some of your posts on TreasureNet dot com. Thank you Gary for sharing all that you can. GL&HH 😎

      I have to limit myself to Treasure Net. I get on there and the next thing I know it's 3 hours later. Thanks - Gary
