This 2 ETF Dividend Portfolio PAYS You EVERY MONTH - 2025 Strategy!

- About 4 months ago I made a video on a two ETF portfolio that in my opinion would provide investors with a very powerful and effective investing strategy moving into 2025. This portfolio not only offers impressive growth potential but also serves as an excellent source of dividend income and strong risk mitigation by minimizing volatility.
And this ETF combo follows the very common growth and value combination, but with the extra twist of maximizing dividend income through the use of an active high-income Covered Call ETF.
And In my opinion covered call ETFs right now, especially given the shaky Outlook were seeing going into the new year, can provide investors a perfect avenue to gain exposure to growth without taking on 100% of the risk.
Value-focused dividend ETFs, although are underperforming over the past month-which I’ll explain shortly-offer investors strong diversification and alternative market exposure. These ETFs are well-positioned to benefit from rate cuts and provide a buffer against potential market rotations by steering away from heavy reliance on Big Tech.
And I'm very pleased to see how well this portfolio has performed so far relative to the S&P 500. it has managed to match the indexes overall performance, despite the recent poor performance from dividend ETFs, while producing a lot of dividend income.
In this video I go over my 2 ETF recommendation, which are SCHD & JEPQ, provide updates, discuss what investors can expect, and also cover alternative suggestions!

Quit posting stuff, you are horrible
Viktoriya, IGNORE the naysayers. I've recently subscribed and I am BLOWN AWAY by your knowledge base and communicative skills at simplifying this market maze. Everyone should do their own due diligence and be GRATEFUL for the spring board of info you have provided. Kudos young lady. Kudos.
I've been skeptical about covered call ETFs, but your explanation makes a lot of sense. Especially interested in JPQ now. Let's see how it handles the upcoming market shifts!
Awesome I have been waiting for the greatest etf ever for the week. Looking forward to next week's greatest etf ever.
U get she just reviews ETFS NOT OWNS them ALL ? She gives us insight , what they do? What type of investor its best for. You guys give her way too much shizzzt….. V I appreciate your work I have found a few ETFs from your channel and I understand you don’t have 200 ETFs in your portfolio lol😂
Ps
You should do a video of YOUR holdings that would be great !!! Also shut up some of these haters 😂😂🎉🎉
YMAX and MSTY 💯
Point taken. Caveat emptor always applies....except of course to newbies and shills. 😮&🤔
Ymax is the only one you need
@@austinehasz3907 Yes Viktoriya, please give us a list of your actual investments. That would enormously help us choose one over another in the same category when there are several choices such as DIVO, SCHD, and DGRO as you mentioned. And it would be awesome to see your small cap preference such as AVUV or an alternative, and in midcap, VFLO or one of its alternatives. And finally if you have a bond fund or ETF preference, that would round this all out for a great basket of ETFs.

This would make a great video and I guarantee it's what most of here would love to see. 🙏
Agree on SCHD being paired with a covered call ETF, but having been around for the Dot Gone Bust, I'm wary of the Nasdaq right now and prefer JEPI. A little less upside but a lot fewer jitters.
As a suggestion, it might be a good idea to mention that distributions from JEPQ are NOT qualified dividends. As a result, they are taxed at ordinary income rates, rather than the preferential rate that the qualified dividends distributed by SCHD.
JEPI has about 20% of its distributions classified as "qualified" dividends, with 80% non-qualified.
Great job, pertinent info as the landscape is changing. Thanks!
youre a investing angel 😍
I can't wait for the next video!
Thanks. Great job as always. What about JEPQ AND JEPI ?
Abolutely amazing. Perfection.
Thanks for the tip. I will start buying JEPQ
i luv this vid,
Thanks, I learn so much from you! But I am wondering why you didn't compare apples to apples, in other words, JEPQ to QQQI, which is actually NEOS's NASDAQ covered call ETF. I get it, you explained SPYI because of the comments on previous videos, but I think it would help if you had mentioned that SPYI has more in common with JEPI, not JEPQ. 😊
I think S&P 500 is going for a correction soon. It is 2 years after the correction and it is about time. I aim to gain from this and I'm doing it with 200k and less, thru covered call ETFs, ranging 9-11% divs paid monthly. Am i on the right track?
Did you listen to what Tom Lee said? Small caps are under valued. That's the best place for growth in the next year.
Such uncertainties are the reasons I don’t base my judgement on a ''heresay''. My dollar portfolio is made up of 30% S&P500, 25% Index funds(ETFs),15% Gold and over 30% in digital assets, thanks to my CFA for this accurate asset allocation. This strategy is what works for my spouse and I. We've made over 80% capital growth minus dividends.
@@AlbertGReene-p8w I find your situation fascinating. Would you be willing to suggest a trusted advisr you've worked with?
@@Robertgriffinne I've stuck with ‘’Zareen Grace Church” and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.
@@AlbertGReene-p8w Thanks for the info. I searched for her full name and found her website right away. I reviewed her credentials and did my research before reaching out to her.
Acquiring stocks could appear simple, but choosing the right stock without a tested plan can be very difficult. My main barrier to growing my $210K portfolio, which I've been working on for a while, is the absence of well-defined entry and exit plans. Any guidance on this would be highly valued.
It's not just about having money to invest in stocks; it's about knowing the right strategies for profit and managing risk. That's why working with an investment advisor is important-they have insights not available to everyone.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financlal future and i'm eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?
My CFA, Laurel Ann Watkins, is a renowned figure in her field. I recommend researching her name online; you’ll find all her credentials and everything you need to work with a reliable professional. With many years of experience, she is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up immediately. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her.
Viktoriya, You said this 2 dividend ETF combo pays every month. Only half of it pays monthly, JEPQ. But all of your choices for the other half, SCHD, DGRO, DIVO, pay quarterly. Did I miss the compliment to JEPQ that pays monthly?
Hi Vik , thank you for making this video . I am curious if you may share your portfolio composition to have an understanding of balancing everything for the long run . Thanks

Have both SCHD and JEPQ. Both are doing good.
Adding SCHD, VYM, JEPI, JEPQ and SCHG weekly.
I would suggest break it down weekly to daily and try to add daily
@@vickpate2740 Actually I do add daily.
Thank you for your video. Great info and confirmation on my 2 ETF portfolio (SCHD & JEPQ). Thank you again. Looking forward to your next video. Take care!
GPIX, JEPQ and SCHD.
Just a couple of months ago, you suggested we should dump SCHD. Please be consistent with your videos.

SCHD is a solid ETF built for someone with a time line of more than 20 years
my choice is jepq + schd + svol 🙃
@bramas33. I have SVOL as well. They keep cutting the dividend :(
Thanks
Why are they beating pears? Are they making a pie?
Liked and subscribed
I have JEPQ SPYI and SCHD
What do you think about Yield Max and Kurv?
Splg , Schg , Schd, Jepq 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I want a balanced portfolio with growth investments, safe investments, and also focus on dividends to gain up to $20K monthly, my concern is picking the right stocks that can survive a recession. How do i go about this ?
In this current unstable markets, It is advisable to diversify while retaining 70-80% in secure investments. Depending on the worth of your portfolio, you should consider financial advisory.
Agreed, my portfolio is well-matched for every market season yielding 85% from early last year to date. I and my advisr are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take another year. financial advisors are the most sought-after professionals after doctors.
Could you kindly elaborate on the advisor's background and qualifications?
I have worked with a few financial advisors before now but i ultimately settled for 'Annette Marie Holt'. She is SEC regulated and licensed in US. You can easily look her up
I am going to look her up, I have about $81k i want to start with, might be small but it's better than nothing though. Since the 08 crash is playing out again.
I liked your New Year pic you looked stunning
Anyway, back to your video, what about replacing Schd with FDVV dear your thoughts, please add to your video too
I got both eyes on you 😳🎉
What do you think about using QQQI vs JEPQ because QQQI has a higher yield than JEPQ and it also has the NASDAQ-100 holdings as well to get the higher income because of the volatility of the 100?
Came here to say same, QQQI would be a much more apples to apples replacement for jepq, so then the question is which has the better CC strategy
Qqqi seems to have less upside potential based on the last 6 months performance. I love spyi and own it but qqqi doesn't seem to be as strong as JepQ.
@@brewcrew517 Hey man, Jepq is definitely better in a Tax advantaged account QQQI and SPYI are better in Brokerage accounts they give you qualified dividends
If this is for a Roth , go with what you know works JEPQ, JEPI
Already own 458 shares of SCHD. I’m adding $1000 a month in SCHD, $1500 a month in JEPQ and a satellite position of $500 a month in FUTY utility ETF. Km keeping my $10k current position in SCHG.
Viktoriya , this is your best video yet. I have been using the SCHD/JEPQ strategy along with SPLG (S&P 500) and QQQM. I use JEPQ with a 15% weighting and QQQM with a 5% weighting. My SPLG is a 20% of portfolio. So my question is if I want to duplicate your strategy for a covered call ETF to compliment SPLG which S&P 500 Covered Call ETF would you recommend SPYI or JEPI? So for your next SPYI video will be extremely interested in which S&P 500 Covered Call ETF would be the best selection. Thank You
There is an ETF nobody talks about that is very intriguing to me. It is the Overlay Shares Large Cap Equity ETF ticker symbol OVL. It holds VOO & utilizes a put option strategy to generate additional income. Compared to VOO & the S&P 500 it has outperformed both in just price return & total return while paying more than twice the yield of VOO. It has done so over the past 1 year & 5 years since inception. So what am I missing here? Why is no one looking at this as an alternative to VOO or at least a good option to combine with SCHD, JEPQ?
The purpose of yield, in the case of the portfolio in the video, is if you need income.
OVL does look like a better alternative to SP500 index BUT, if you are taking income from it, OVL does have lower price appreciation as well as larger max draw down in its limited history, 29.4% versus SPY 24.8%.
That said, I think it looks good and I would invest in it before the SP500 index. The way better income stream is worth the small sacrifice in price appreciation with the little extra on the downside.
Can you tell us what platform you are using for your 200 day Moving Average chart? Its one of the best I've seen.
Xpay is gonna be a game changer
Hey, is this investment legal in Uganda?
how JEPQ Etf come in the comparasion when it is in loss from the begining?????
In previous avideo you recommended a % of each if you had 100K, what do you recommend?
You might check out this 3 ETF combo, which consistently beats the S&P 500... #SCHG #SPMO #JEPQ.
No reason to own SPMO if you own SCHG. Matter of fact, SCHG or TMFC are the top ETF's I've found. Yes TQQQ bla bla bla. I'm talking about non-leverage ETF's.
What about VOO?
So my 87 year old mom is facing nursing home care costs in her near future. She has 360K in CD's, 400K in home and land. So total 760K . Would an ETF portfolio be a way to generate 7k per month in income without destroying her net wealth?
Why not qqqi (not jepq) and cgdv (instead of schd). Qqqi has far better tax dividend treatment. This would be superior in a year when there is likely more sideways movement vs another 20 percent gain year for sp500. Thoughts?
How many shares do you have to buy of each to gain that much of a dividend income?
hello subscribed to seeking alpha for tomorrow's webinar but find no mention of it on their website and neither have they responded to request for info re a link to register- has anyone else had the same problem?
Hi! :)
Once you login to Seeking Alpha, you will see a menu panel on the left hand side, and under "my analysts" you will see "top stocks 2025" it should have a star icon next to it. That's where you can register, hope that helps!
@@ViktoriyaMedia many thanks!
Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.
Kicker for someone who wants growth, 10% tqqq, 40% jepq 50 schd. Rebalance annually. Or based on your own ta.
They are positioned for rate cuts, you say. But only one rate cut is priced in for 2025.
JEPQ with JEPI or JEPQ with SPYI that’s the question. I do have JEPQ with SPYI because both of them have similar yields. Now I’m wondering. I also own SCHD.
GPIQ🎉
I didn’t hear nothing she was talking about. What did she say?
SCHD was beating its pears? Hmm, sounds painful. 😉
QQA Invesco is 0.29% lower EP than others in its class. I combined it with SPDG Dividend ETF with an EP of 0.05%.
JEPY pays 25%... too good to be true? Monthly payments.
Doesn't matter if you get your financial advise from a Canadian actress (in her case), or fall for the stock/ETF pumping with other self proclaimed investment geniuses.....always do your own research. Some of her advise is worth digging more into, on others she will back paddle and dismiss a few weeks later.
Even better if JEPQ is in a tax deferred account and SCHD is in a taxable account
maybe, my schd is down $1000 already cancelling out the jepq $1000 gain.
I see. Tesla is really making a lot of Hit at it right now,I believe At this point someone just has to be careful, not to make a big mistake which will make him or her losses a lot of money, because i believe you have been careful enough you will still invest in good stock and be able to make a lot this 2025,am just waiting for the right time to make my moves for this year,
I wish I could have retired in my 50's. I'm 65 now, I started investing late . After some research, I found a strategy that helped. I'm pleased to say I'm retiring with at least $2 million.
It’s worth noting that luck often plays the significant role in some cases, sometimes even more than the resources involved. Without it, its challenging
luck plays a part, especially in the short term. I noticed that when results remain consistent, it indicates something more than just luck. research was the challenge until It led to. Jennifer Maria Lanza, a fund manager. her strategy made sense, it contributed to growing 950k into this and counting
thank you so much, I did research on her, and i find out she is really good on what she does
Great information and analysis. What about pairing SCHD and QDTE?
I have SCHD, JEPQ, and XDTE. Dividends have been really nice the last couple of months since building this portfolio.
Lmao your thumbnail pic is saying "wow it's so big"
Except SPYI owns stock and sell and/or buys calss on SPX, that's why it gets the 60/40 tax treatment
Little lady, SCHD/JEPQ!
❤💯
Should have been QQQI instead of SPYI.
Treasuries.
Ow some
if i select JEPQ ETF S&p 500 2025 pay me 5k monthly i family to take care and morgage payment every waite me in BC CA
$1549 a month, yeah if you have a million to invest

I've been thinking of selling my SCHD and moving it into AVUV. .. large cap value to small cap value.
I think S&P 500 is going for a correction soon. It is 2 years after the correction and it is about time. I aim to gain from this and I'm doing it with 200k and less, thru covered call ETFs, ranging 9-11% divs paid monthly. Am i on the right track?
