Do you know if it's a thing here where a flight attendant is employed permanently but on a seasonal contract only, i.e. only working during the warmer months when air travel demand is highest? With your airline or any others in Canada.
I'm considering the career but reluctant to give up my 'snowbird' lifestyle where I go back to my native country in Europe during the harsh Ontario winter...
Hi, thanks for watching. There may be other Canadian airlines that are considered "seasonal", so they work only a few months in a year. However, the company I work for is not a seasonal airline. So we work full-time from Jan to Dec.

Hi, thanks for watching. There are a lot of flight attendants that are men. I’ve worked with a lot of them actually. I guess there are just more women in the industry.
