As per my experience, benefit is offered only for officers not any full fledged benifits for soldiers. Avoid soldiers entry. It is a life punishment from god. This continues even big variation in pension catagory. No service can be without reasonable income especially guarding nation. Crual partiality is being provided to soldiers. But this is not for officers.So in Army, offr entry is only beneficial. No respect is being given for soldiers either in service nor in retirement.
