    Dean, curious why don't you shrink wrap M&P? And why do you shrink wrap CP; that seems odd to me as I just wrap my CP in tissue so it can still breathe. Love your sleeve tool tip though, thanks.

      I purchased about 5000 of those bags, so I just want to use them now. I might as well and I dont think im ever going to make 5000 bars of M&P base. lol

    Thank you for such an amazing and helpful video. What is the actual size of your cold process label? I think it’s so clever how it wraps around to the top of the box. A great way to place your logo and ingredients in one shot.

    • @DeanWilson

      The melt and pour labels are 10.5cm tall, 5.5cm wide.
      For the Cold process labels, they are the same but with 2mm trimmed off each side and the ingredients cut off to fit on the back.

    Awesome trick! Can you do a video on ingredient labels for melt and pour and how you did that on your soap?

    • @DeanWilson
      @DeanWilson  3 года назад +1

      Im not sure thats worthy of a video itself. Basically you get the ingredients from the suppler plus whatever else you have added then list it on your label. Each m&p base will be different and so will the supplier. So goats milk from one supplier might be different to that of another goats milk supplier. Also each country have different laws about what you must label.

    • @DeanWilson

    • @madie1757
      @madie1757 3 года назад +1

      @@DeanWilson Oh Dean, I am so sorry to brake the news to you but NO it will not. Plastic recycling is a BIG fat lie created by the plastic producers, packaging companies and the chemical industry. It is not recycled and the fraction that is is downcyled and ends right back where we don't want it.
      Plastics is what kills those reefs, the singing birds, and the laughing children.... inside that plastics you have many toxic additives that leach out ( onto that lovely soap and into the environment - especially in Australia) due to the heavy molecules that make up the polymer chains and their instability.
      I would love to share more about this with you but would it change the way you package? Maybe.
      If so feel free to reach out to me. I know your intentions are pure, and it is not our fault that we believed all these lies- after all some FAT billions went on making sure we did for the last 70 years.
