Why Is My Coating Peeling Off | Tecate Paver Sealer Failure & Repair

We refinished these tecate pavers and removed all the old sealer that had completely turned white & cloudy (which is common when shiny sealers are used outdoors).
I always caution people to not use this type of finish outside as it is much more effective indoors.
Water & the elements outside are the enemy when it comes to any clay bodied terracotta tiles.
After removing all the existing sealer we deep cleaned the raw tile and lert them dry out completely,then we sealed the raw tecate pavers with a much more durable water proofing sealer that is actually made for outdoor tile.
This sealer does not leave a shine but instead keeps the tile natural looking but protected.
Water and liquids bead up on the tile like glass instead of saturating the tiles (Which makes them deteriorate over time)
