Wow!! I've been secretly doi g movements like this when I'm alone. I especially feel like doing movements like this after consuming shroom. Interesting! We must have a natural instinct towards these movements.
Oh no! So sorry to hear you are in pain. This is a very common place to hold tension. Try to gently turn your head while intentionally breathing into the area. Big bold breaths. Something is there that does not want to be released! I hope this helps. There is alo a neck release video in my playlists that will also help.
What is the reason that you don’t call it yoga…? Cause everything you say and even the postures are based on yoga. Maybe not the American way but definitely the Indian way.
GuanJing is a combination of Yoga, Qi Gong, and Dance. There are elements of all three throughout the practice. The more yogic elements can be seen in the warm ups.

I did this and pulled something in my trapezius that still hurts pretty bad 4 days later. Any advice?
