  • Your Northeast Ohio weather forecast:
Our next storm system will track through the Midwest bringing another round of wintery precipitation. The onset of the precipitation will start as a sleet/freezing rain mix with temperatures around the freezing mark.
Luckily, much of the area will be on the warm and wet side of this low. Freezing rain will be changing over rain after sunset. Elevated surfaces and bridges could still be coated with a light glaze of ice with temperatures slow to warm. Take it slow on your evening commute.
Erie and Huron counties will hold on to the icy conditions longer in the overnight. The NWS has outlined these areas under a Winter Weather Advisory starting 1 PM Wednesday through 7 AM Thursday. One inch of snowfall and upwards .20" of ice accumulations possible.
