Tommy Martin is a director and cinematographer who was born in Wiltshire, UK, and now resides in Bristol, UK. After studying film and drama at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, he worked at various production companies in Cambridge and London. He also taught filmmaking to secondary school students through projects funded by the Arts Council.
Tommy is best known for the InCamera RUclips channel which demonstrates some of the weird and wonderful methods that have been pioneered since the inception of cinema. He adapted, produced, and directed Kinetics (2018), based on the play by Sue Wylie, which premiered at the Cambridge International Film Festival and later screened in New York at the Reel Abilities Film Festival. Recently, the InCamera team completed special effects and visual effects work on the upcoming Disney/Hulu horror feature Matriarch.
